Food can be really good. It can be really bad. Same with wait time. When it’s busy I understand but at times I’ve waited 10-15 mins and it’s not busy in drive or lobby. Sometimes it’s only a 2-3 minute wait. You just hope the good crew is in when you order.

Very poor showing for late night- Auto line took longer than usual, but then our $18.00 order (2 Chicken Burrito Supremes and 2 Pintos & Cheese) was quite bad: Beans not fully reconstituted, crunchy and powdery, and burritos not very “supreme”: not much filling, mainly tortilla. After the bars me and my boyfriend got some Taco Bell. I ordered a steak power bowl which has always been good in the past. When I opened it, there was a tablespoon of rice, about 5 pieces of steak, and the rest of the bowl was lettuce. I payed $15 for essentially a bowl of lettuce that I didn’t even eat. Very disappointed in the experience I had at this location. I understand it was later in the evening (around 1 am) but I still expect the same quality especially when they’re open until 4 am.

I was doordashing two orders and it took me nearly 2 hours to receive my orders. So many people came in after me and got their orders. I was the last person to get my orders out of a lot of people. They seem to pick and choose orders they want to do first. They also seem to prioritize the drive thru. So many cars went by while a bunch of us was waiting in the lobby. The workers were slow paced and one worker was telling everyone what to do and seemed to be doing everything. I heard some agruments in the kitchen. They were getting mad at each other. One of my deliveries ended up canceling her order because of how long it was taking.

Terrible. 2 orders, before 6pm on a Thursday. NOT BUSY AT ALL. Freeze machine out of order. Nacho fries cold. Asked for a taco without lettuce (for a child), and of course it came with lettuce. Even said no lettuce on receipt. Gal handed my soda out the window – lid not on correct and covered in soda. She got visibly irritated with me when I handed it back and asked her to fix it after it spilled all over me (she initially broke the lid when putting it on). Both my hands were covered in soda. I asked for extra napkins to clean it up. She slammed my bag down on the counter and rolled her eyes as if I asked her for a million dollars. We frequent Point often and will be staying FAR away from this place!
