Went in at 6pm after ordering on the app for in store pickup. Ended up waiting for 20 minutes and received an extemely burnt, inedible product. I dont think Ive ever had to wait this long for such a poor quality product. I would give it 1 star, but the best of the food was okay

Went through the drive thru and placed a nice order. Just one problem eating tacos and a Mexican pizza can be a bit messy to eat while driving! Especially without napkins! Whoops! Had to circle around, go back through the drive thru, order some napkins, , and alls we’ll that ends well. Food was hot and delicious!

Placed an order, was having troubles on the website, ended up duplicating my order because of a glitch telling me it didn’t go through, so instead of them refunding 2 of the 3 orders. They told me no. And I have to contact corporate, never have I been treated so poorly, the employee laughed at me and said “hey! More food for you!” Great customer service I must say. On top of that the size of my freezes were wrong. So instead of paying 25 I paid 75 whole dollars and apparently it’s on me because there website and app is terrible with glitches. Now gotta go through corporate, if that doesn’t work, guess a dispute will have to do. This place stinks, it ain’t about the customers here it’s all about greed.

8pm friday night, vehicles in front & back of me. Waited over 20 minutes for 1 taco that I asked for but it wasn’t added to my previous order. There’s no option to leave the drive thru after you order. I’m not sure if they need more line cooks or a food runner, but the wait was ridiculous. oh & I wasn’t asked if I’d like cinnamon twists instead of nachos for the combo.

The only taco bell in green bay that doesn’t miss detail on your order. Literally what you order is what you get. It’s hard to trust a fast food restaurant but this one continues to impress regardless of the order. Kudos ✌️

This was my large fry I pulled out the bag. Me and my wife both ordered a 10 piece nugget, each come with 2 sauces and we got 1 in the bag total. Yall don’t deserve more money

Super long wait (18 minutes)for food even when there was only 3 cars in the drive thru. Order was one value meal. They put my order in wrong when I asked for freeze but got soda instead.

Every time I go here the order is wrong and I’m waiting 30 minutes or more. Everything was also missing its proportions by half. Cutting a quesadilla is apparently too hard as well. Place is a joke. They should just cut hours if this is the staff they hire.
