My husband and I have tried to give this location several chances. Fast food industry is not for the weak, and as experienced restaurant workers, we give the benefit of the doubt. But EVERY TIME. the employees are rude. The food could be the best food (which it isn’t) and we still will not return to this location. My husband was just there to pick up food, only one car ahead of him in the drive thru. He pulls up and they ask for his order. He asks for a moment to review the menu. They ask if he is using apps or loyalty whatever’s (the employe spoke fast). My husband says no. The employee then says one moment, in an already agitated tone, which sets the mood. Okay? Sure but my husband doesn’t think anything of it because he is still deciding. After a good three minutes, my husband starts to order. The dude rudely interrupts him “I said one moment”. Oh, so sorry we inconvenienced YOU. Then he finally let’s my husband order, and the order on the screen is wrong. He has to tell them a couple times to correct it. And then a lady chimes in and she seems so annoyed that she has to correct. I’m so sorry again, we inconvenienced you.

My husband just got home, order is STILL WRONG. Weather is not great so don’t have an opportunity to go back. Again 9/10 we don’t care but this is just plain ridiculous. What customer wants to come back if the employees are always in a bad mood, acting like we should be serving them when the whole point of a fast food job is to quickly and politely serve the customers.

I get the job sucks but we have lived in the area almost two years and it’s been like that. Either management is not great because their employees are extremely unhappy, or the employees are not a good fit for the industry. Either way something needs to change if there’s any hope for this location.

I would rate 0 starts if I could. Paid $25 for 90% tortilla. Almost no meat or other ingredients in my food. Here is a photo of the cantina chicken cheesy street chalupas and the chipotle ranch grilled steak burrito that I was served

Literally my entire order was wrong. Paid extra for chicken (&extra chicken in something) and did not get either. Did not give sauce packets I ordered. Did not get a single item correct. And what I was given was EXTREMELY sloppily put together to the point I couldn’t even eat it or peel it off the wrapping. I live close by so it’s convenient but I’ll be driving to a different one from now on regardless of convenience.

Multiple songs playing throughout. we were the only people in the building, and no one in the drive through. Waited well over “busy” wait time. Multiple wrong items. We stuck it out, others came and and left. Save your money and eat from the Kwik trip dumpster access the way.

Service was terrible, waited forever to get our food just for them to put it on a shelf behind the counter and wait longer for someone to come back to give it to us. Order was wrong, missing food and wrong burritos, and food was not great. Staff were no where to be seen and when they were were loud and rude. Don not recommend coming here.

what should be lunch rush, I was only one there, used Drive thru. Worker wasnt very friendly, and took multiple repeats to say a 2 item order. Then, as the only person at the place, get asked to go park and wait for food. I had to wait 10 minutes. Then, the requested sauce packets were missing, and, the nacho bell grande was not only missing a key ingredient (cheese) it was light on every ingredient. What a joke.

Ordered the new steak burrito for 3 dollars with a bean and rice burrito on the online app. I showed up 30 min after I ordered pick up and had to wait an additional 15 mins for my food. 45 mins total out of my 30 min break for lunch. Didn’t even get a apologize for the wait. The new steak burrito was half the size smaller then the bean and rice burrito which is only 1.60 or less in change. What a joke.

Our server, Debbie, was fantastic! She was running the drive through, preparing food, handling online orders, and probably doing a dozen other things. There was a long line of cars from the Packers game, and she managed us all with a very kind and patient demeanor.

People like this make the business run!! don’t know what she is paid, but whatever it is, she deserves a raise. You’ve got an excellent worker.

Ordered the same thing 2 different times. Freezie tastes like chemicals, no extra meat and cheese on the tacos when selected and charged for it.
