First I had to wait so long just to order at front desk then wait even longer to get the food plus I asked for chicken in my crunchy taco but still ended up getting beef.

So I’m a Taco Bell fanatic, I’ve loved it for years and continue to love it. This particular location I have to say has crushed it every time I’ve tried them. I’m a vegetarian so my orders can often have a lot of modifiers with it and one of the issues I do find at a lot of Taco Bell’s is my orders are often not correct. This location however, has done an outstanding job every single time I’ve been there. Another Taco Bell issue I’ve often found is the the bean burritos can be seemingly rushed together where you’ll have maybe only a little bit of beans or there all thrown on one side and not evenly distributed. Every time I get burritos here they’re done perfectly. On top of that, the service has been super super friendly and professional whether I’ve eaten inside the restaurant or gone through the drive-thru, this place definitely gets five stars so great job to all those that work there, it’s refreshing to find one that gets it right every single time I go!

Food is okay as is any Taco Bell but the workers are bad. The manager looks to be on something every time we come in. Don’t even try to dine in if you can help it as they really only tend to the drive through. Just very poor customer service, the restaurant and food are what you’d expect.

The slowest Taco Bell you will ever stop at, with food that won’t be served hot and never a napkin in sight. They seem to be inadequately staffed, and the later parts of the day are a free for all. You wait forever, they will pull you forward, and the drive thru lane is a poorly executed joke. Right before the window is a door people storm out of without a thought. Safety and smarts people!!

This is a sausage burrito. That’s only about 4 inches long. I got dinner last night from them and it was wrong. I figured I’d try again this morning for breakfast and this is what I get.update. They forgot the sausage on my sausage burrito. I got an egg. What a disappointment. Management needs to do something with this store.

No chili at this location and they charge $.50 for a red sauce. The burrito was fresh folded oddly but super good clean store connected to the gas station BP. It was a little tough to determine that when you pull into the parking lot.

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE on a Sunday afternoon at 2:30PM. We ordered and 15 minutes later we still had no food. We were standing around and didn’t have our food. All the tables were dirty and full of crumbs.

Great place to stop driving from MN to IL and vice versa. Filled up our tank and got a bite to eat, plus we were able to sit inside to feed our baby, too.

Came here to get lunch with my best friend, my niece and her boyfriend. We placed our order at the kiosk, plenty of employees around behind the counter none of whom acknowledge we where there. We sat down to wait for our food and while doing so this tacobell male employee began spray painting the air vents in the ceiling in the Lobby! My niece asked him to stop and mentioned that she has many years of food service and she is pregnant and her mom has a lung disease. He became a bit argumentative stating that he has to get this down before the big bosses come on Wednesday and that he was told to do it. We asked again if he could stop and he got down an went behind the counter where they make the food and began to spay paint those air vents. During this time a gentleman came in and came up to the counter and was ignored so he walked out. We love tacobell but this was a very disappointing experience. I have a photo for proof!
