Placed an order today. I realize it’s snowing and I had to wait on a driver. My food was made before a driver was even confirmed and sat on the counter top for 50 minutes before it got picked up. I know this because I called to see if I could pick it up myself after 15 mins of no confirmed driver. I’m upset because my food was cold when I got it. The food should not have been prepared right away and instead should have been prepared when the driver got there. Now I’m eating $30 worth of cold Taco Bell

Otherwise everything is spot on besides Corporate constantly removing what sells!
Apple Empanada, XXL Chicken/Steak burrito(once we’re XL C/S burrito! Yet, nothing & I mean, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the burrito itself CHANGED, when the name & PRICED CHANGED! ! Do they honestly think we are that stupid?) & the double crunch wrap.

It’s fast food, but I’m rating based on what it is and the people that work there. If I’m going to eat fast food in Deforest, it’s almost always here. The food is consistent, correct, and their staff is AWESOME! They are so friendly. I’ve never had a bad worker help me there. Two people I specifically remember are Devin and Andrew, but that is not taking away from the other great workers. Thank you for making my drive thru runs so pleasant.

Went inside and ordered on the screen. Got a beefy 5 layer burrito which comes with beef, refried beans, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. I added some toppings as a do every time I get a burrito or burrito bowl anywhere as I love a lot of flavors. I added tomato’s, lettuce, onions, black beans, rice, jalapeños, and another sauce. After I ordered I could hear 3 staff members talking about my order out loud in the back like I was deaf and like I couldn’t hear them when they were being really loud. They said “this is like a 12 layer burrito” and “who needs this” and “this is ridiculous” along with some other comments basically calling me fat. Just extremely rude especially when i’m within ear shot and can see them. Those are normal burrito toppings and mostly vegetables anyway so I don’t get what the big deal was. And it wasn’t like it was a huge burrito. When I got it it was wrapped perfectly and normal size. Super weird and rude. Burrito still smacked though. Put the fries in the bag.

Probably the worst tb in the state. Didn’t get my order right in drive thru or making it and can’t tell the difference between chicken and steak, forgot a drink and took 10 minutes looking at the bill I paid with like it was a lost relic. Avoid this establishment if you’re looking for a fast and easy meal stop.

I was having a really week, and I really was craving a smothered burrito from my childhood. Most Taco Bell’s won’t make it for me the Columbus team is always so kind and helpful, I asked them to make me my smothered burrito and they did, this made my day.. I’m willing drive an hour out to Columbus just to go to this Taco Bell the team is kind, the food is always fresh, and they’re willing to make me my smothered burrito.

WTH This franchise stopped selling breakfast- the breakfast crunchwraps were the only reason we came to this Taco Bell.
On top of that, when we asked for breakfast the lady was really rude and gave no explanation-
I looked it up. OCT 24 TB gave the option to franchises to stop selling breakfast- according to them only a ‘small amount’ have opted out, so if you’re leaving the area for work or something, just go to a Taco Bell in a different city.
This is so disappointing.

We used the app was able to spend $20 for two people to eat lunch. Not an easy thing in 2025. Left full and interested in coming back it’s been awhile since we were at a taco bell.
