I’d like to start by saying I never leave reviews. Because you never know. Maybe it’s just an off day. But this place is disguting. Floors are filthy. Every tables dirty. There are not enough employees. I’ve been here three times (trying to give it a chance) and WOW. Cross contamination like CRAZY, Everything is either over or undercooked. I will never go here again. YUCK. go down the road to McDonald’s or Culver’s.

Never in my life have I had been treated like this at TACO BELL customer service is just terrible, forgot half of our order. We went back and they still forgot a whole meal! Then gave us attitude because they forgot our order. All three works (yes there were only three works) were at the window looking at us like we had no idea what we were talking about. But the point is two of the young girls rolled their eyes at us when we told them that we were missing our orders and the photo is what all our tacos looked like.

Had a great experience, which is pretty unusual from the past with other workers. Even while being slammed with customers from both lobby and drive-thru, Casey and Lance, who were the only ones working. Killed it!! Got my order, a pretty large one. Out in almost ten minutes, if even. Fast, accurate, and overall wonderful service! Never had a better experience!

I was so excited for Taco Bell to come to prairie. We went they were out of the Doritos tacos which was really upsetting and then I wanted supreme and they didn’t have tomatoes. So that was already really on the edge and then my tacos barely had lettuce and cheese and the sour cream was incorrectly put on. They were soggy too. It just wasn’t as great as I thought. Hopefully they fix these issues.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this Taco Bell location is very disappointing. I’ve gone there about three times. First time was when they first opened and it was about a 45 minute wait for 3 supreme tacos and a Baja blast. Second time I went they said they were out of lettuce and Baja blast (disappointing considering most of the menu requires lettuce). Third and final time I went there were 3 cars in the drive thru and I had to wait about 20 mins to get to the menu board. Once to the menu board the employee said his boss told him cannot make any more food until another employee shows up. I asked how long that would be and he said I don’t know but I can’t make anymore food until he shows up. There were 3 other cars behind me in line which I had to let know that they weren’t serving food right now. I had very high hopes for this Taco Bell but I was left very disappointed with the service and quality of food.

Upon arriving we were immediately told it would be a 40 min wait. There were 3 cars ahead of us, all of which drove off; parking lot somewhat full. I had already paid for my order through the mobile app, so figured I would just grin and bear the wait time. However, I did appreciate the employee letting me know right away.
Order was entirely wrong. They had 2 of my 6 items correct. Service was awful, employees are rude and it looks like it’s a chore to be at their place of work, or to even speak to a customer face to face. A 40 minute wait for 6 small things was ridiculous! For as long as we waited, we would have appreciated the order to be correct and made with care. The food was packaged very messy as well. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. This place needs new management and/or better employees that actually give a care about their job and customers. Even saw an employee in their pajamas at the till, scratching themselves. ♀️ You’re better off driving to a different Taco Bell location! This place is lacking so much of everything all around. Terrible place to go. Sorry PDC Taco Bell, do better!

Every time I come here there is at least a 10 minute wait. One time I just ordered a drink and had to wait 20 minutes for the car in front of me. They do not have anywhere for long orders to pull ahead then you are basically trapped in the Drive-Thru. However, it shouldn’t be a big deal I have never seen a Taco Bell take this long. Taco Bell used to be my favorite fast food place but this particular one has ruined it for me.

I give PDC Taco Bell a try about once a month. It takes about a month to get the nerves to try that place again. I usually dont have the time to spend to deal with them. Still every time i leave disappointed. I just dont understand whats going on with that place. I have never seen anything like it. Every time they tell me itll be a half hour wait so i have to back out. Ill go to walmart and look at the drive through and when i leave walmart i look again and same people are usually in line! Everybody was so excited for Taco Bell too so thats too bad 🙁

First off, they were out of half the menu. No nacho fries, no Baja Blast, no Mexican Pizza. How does Taco Bell run out of TACO SHELLS? It’s literally in the name.
When I finally managed to cobble together an order from what was left, I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru—only to get home and realize they forgot two tacos and my chips and cheese. The one item they did include (a burrito) looked like someone just sat on it and threw it in the bag as a joke. Cold, messy, and barely wrapped.
I tried to go back in to fix the order, but the staff was rude and dismissive. The lady at the counter rolled her eyes and said, “Well, we’re short-staffed,” like that explains everything. No apology, no refund, no effort to fix the missing items. Just attitude.
Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment. If you want Mexican food, go literally anywhere else.
