If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not order here at all, they will mess your food up out of spite if you fail to order in under 2 1/2 minutes through the drive through. There were no cars behind us and the lady with blue hair instructed that we leave and come back when we are ready to order. I was ordering for 7 people and Cashier Ever H and all employees on that shift were very disrespectful kept pointing out the window and laughing as well as purposely made food wrong. When I called up and asked to speak with a manager at first I was hung up on and then I called again and the so called manager answered but you could hear them laughin And saying disrespectful things in the background. I then asked to be refunded for the order due to the lack of professionalism as well as the order lacking in basic care from employees. This needs to be addressed and the young lady with the blue hair needs to take a class in customer service. I will be expecting a call or response back from corporate.

While I ate my lunch, an employee walked around 3 times to pick up wrappers people left behind and trays.
I’ve never witnessed this at any Taco Bell before.
The friendliness of the staff was something I rarely get from other locations.
This is definitely my preferred location and belive other locations should be trained by the management of this location.

This is the best Taco Bell in the Madison area. I come here often for lunch on work days. The drive through is always quick and accurate.
I recently stopped by and ate in the dine-in area and was very happy with the cleanliness of the store. I ordered a specialty burrito and a baja blast (duh)
I want to preface this by reminding you this is a Taco Bell. My burrito was fantastic. It was plump and had a good distribution of ingredients. The cheese was even melted and goey. Every time I come to this tbell the food is super good. I’m regularly surprised by the care and detail given to my fast food.

This location consistently does not fill up the nacho cheese containers. Sometimes they’re half full, sometimes literally only a quarter. It’s a two ounce container, and I regularly receive half an ounce.
It’s really frustrating because it’s a good location otherwise, but they underfill the nacho cheese every. Single. Time. Sometimes they under fill the nacho fries too.
I don’t want to be that asshole that drives back around through the drive through for nacho cheese, but I’m getting there. I even order an extra and sometimes even the two together don’t add up to a full 2oz portion.
If they address this and actually fix it, I’ll leave a 5 star review.
Edited to add: today they didn’t even give me any nacho cheese. Why are they so stingy?

Food is consistently underfilled with minimal meat, cheese and vegetables. Regularly forgets to add food ordered when going through drive-thru. If you do go here make sure you got everything before leaving the parking lot.

Got crazy food poisoning from these guys yesterday. Idk if it was the chicken quesadilla or the potato tacos, but it’s so bad it almost feels intentional. I almost feel like they intentionally poisoned my food. Been throwing up constantly still since yesterday, these guys are up to something or that chicken is extremely cursed

Best tacobell in madison. This was my first time visiting. Everyone was so welcoming and made my order perfect with all the toppings. Two lady served my burrito did perfect job in preparing my food and served with happiness. Loved this place.
