I had a great experience at the Taco Bell in Monona last night! The person answering the drive through was cheerful, polite, quick and accurate. The staff got my order exactly right and quickly and the manager at the pay station was super kind and allowed me to keep my coupon from a previous mistake.

The wonderful woman behind the window made my night as usual. I believe her name is Aaliyah but she was at the window at 1:50AM 9/28/2025. She deserves a raise and the Aux back!
I frequently come in late nights/early mornings after work. I can always count on her to have an upbeat, positive and helpful demeanor. Sometimes I even get to whistness some singing or dance moves when she is in charge of the music, and it makes me day.

I must have had the same manager as the last 0ne star review-called to see if I could get a wrong order repaced-clearly not what i ordered. Female manager argued non-stop not letting me talk and stated “you’re not giving me enough information” and proceeded to hang up on me. Went to get my order corrected and would not listen to anything I had to say-rudest manager I have ever met ANYWHERE! Acknowledged order was wrong and remade item. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS TACO BELL

Messed up my order twice, and on the one thing they didn’t mess up was soaked in some kind of liquid that soaked through to the bag even. This was disgusting please talk to the workers that worked during 10:30pm-11-10pm 02/25 and get them to make proper food. Do not order from here unless going in the store to make them fix their mistakes.

We went here last night after an event downtown. We placed an online order and waited over an hour to get our food. We were not able to order water on the app so I asked when we finally got up to the window where the guy told me that i would need to come inside to get a cup of water. I told him that I would not be doing that because I had already been waiting an hour and just wanted to get out of there. They also messed up our order. Overall he was very disrespectful and it was a horrible experience. Will not be going back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. While ordering in the drive-thru, this lady (manager) rushed me and did not allow me time to finish choosing a drink. When I asked for a moment, she instead gave me the total and told me to pull forward before my order was complete.
At the window, we politely asked if a drink could be added and were told “we don’t do that,” followed by her repeatedly saying, “Are y’all gonna take the order or just sit there and stare.” The tone and wording were extremely rude and unprofessional.
Because of how we were treated, we chose not to order. Fast-paced environment or not, customers deserve basic respect.

Slow service. Not able to order at the counter. Had to use kiosk. My order was sloppy and wrong. My soft taco was goopy and my grilled cheese chicken burrito was wrong and smelled funny. I asked for extra sour cream and easy rice. I ended up without any chicken, extra rice and no sour cream.

Usually the food here is like really on point and today at lunch they weren’t even like that many people in the drive-through was like me and one other car and it was rough. Food was just like slop put in the bags and my order had an extra item And the items I did order Didn’t have the additions on them that I asked for. And half the food wasn’t edible because of how destroyed it was in the bag. Normally, y’all are really good, but I just feel like you should know this so that whoever is cooking today probably does like something else
