Not only did you run out of ground beef at a taco place don’t know how that happens but it did. So I got steak and to open my taco to find 3 funky pieces of steak meat on each taco. Whoever made these tacos knowing they only put 3 pieces of meat on each please come outside I just wanna talk

My experience today is not what it typically has been. Today I was missing my rolled quesadilla. It isn’t the biggest deal, like spilled milk. But as a $4.00 item and my favorite item to order recently, I expected it to be in my bag with the rest of my order…….
It is unfortunate, because typically this place is really a decent location. Wanted you folks to know, or else it may become a poor habit…….
I’d like my $4.00 back, and some diligence on your behalf to preventatively correct this for other customers.
The older woman at the window was also unfortunately someone who carried an “I don’t want to be here” attitude. I think this is how the food was mixed up, due to her carelessness, and her attitude.
Not to be rude, but you literally have one single goal in your job. Take orders and give the correct food to the correct people.

Nothing wrong with the customer service here at all. But I swear when I decide to order from here (which isn’t often) I get really sick and throw everything up. This has happened at least three times from this exact location. I’ve eaten at other Taco Bell’s and don’t have this problem. It makes me think it’s this restaurant’s or employee cleanliness. I would avoid this location if you don’t want to throw up and poop everything in your system out.

I know it can be hit or miss with service but whoever was working today around 11:30am was a HUGE win. The lady is the window was wonderful and nice with genuine smile, the workers in the kitchen made sure the 2 spicy potato soft tacos were packed fully and delicious. I rarely get T-Bell but interactions like the one I had today is the reason I still come back.

I’ve also begin to question the ability of the staff at this location to count the number of items correctly. Missing another item from delivery. This time it was another nacho fry missing. My 5 layer burrito tasted terrible. Beans were dry and also they replaced a Baja blast with a strawberry freeze inexplicably. Does this location need help from a team of therapists? Maybe the staff needs to go back to rework elementary school courses? I’m really not sure, but we’re going to go under cover and investigate. Stay tuned.
Edit 2/2025 Another terrible order. This time delivery. It took over 2 hours to arrive. By that time we had gone to bed. One of the items was a steak quesadilla with like nothing inside it. This location is still a complete joke. I don’t know why I get food here. I feel like next time will be better, but it just always sucks.
Edit 9/2022: Another awful experience at this location. A few days ago, placed a pickup order in the taco bell app and paid in full. Upon arrival, I’m told that there’s a balance due. Turned out the app only deducted $1 instead of $3 for a reward I had for $3 off a purchase of $18. Instead of acknowledge the error in the app and fix the problem, I was scolded by the manager who is extremely rude to both her customers and employees. On my previous visit she was loudly berating an employee for calling in the previous day in front customers in the lobby. I had to argue with her to fix the problem and finally after about 20 minutes of being made to feel like this was my fault, I finally got my order for my family. This location’s atmosphere is purely toxic. I can’t stress enough how rude this manager is to both the staff and customers.
1. My beef burritos had a pathetic amount of meat on them. Like a tablespoon of meat.
2. Ordered a bean and rice burrito and a beef burrito for my son and got 2 bean and rice burritos.
3. Ordered a chalupa, hardly any meat…all lettuce. Shell was stale.
4. Ordered nachos bell grande, it was literally all tiny chip fragments with a pathetic amount of toppings.
No one at this location answers the phone. This was the worst taco bell order I’ve ever seen. It almost feels like we were being pranked on a hidden camera show or something. Had to contact @tacobellcare on Twitter for a refund. This location is a total joke and it’s clear the ownership doesn’t care at all. I would suggest that this store be avoided at all costs. I’ve had orders messed up too many times here and this was the last straw. Bye Sun Prairie T-Bell.

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for around 20 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. I’m a vegetarian and Mexican is usually a good option for me. I always sub the meat for beans and I really appreciate that they’ve never messed it up and put meat in by mistake. I know Taco Bell has a bad rep for making people sick but I’ve literally never gotten sick from this Taco Bell. Thanks to the employees for always getting my order right and being nice and quick. 🙂

The young lady who took my order was a sweetheart. The bad experience was no visible menus, no fountain drinks worked, and they wanted me to carry my food out with my hands. I had to ask for a bag seriously. The food is cold and doesn’t taste good. I’m not coming back.

Every single table was dirty, workers kept on forgetting food from orders,the kitchen is an absolute mess,one of the workers was touching his face and hat while making the food,with gloves on mind you,food took 29 minutes to come after ordering.
