You’re getting a 1 star review. The drive through worker was not even able to annunciate her words. When we asked her to speak clearly she then began to talk to us like a child. When we asked for a manager he told us to leave instead of addressing his worker who was acting like a child.
I’m going to edit this and clarify it was the older women working the drive thru.. listen if you’re not happy about where you work than get another job that doesn’t deal with the public. I’m editing this to add that in because I see many other recent reviews complaining about the exact same women. The manager also doesn’t seem to deal with it or care considering he didn’t ask us even what the problem was and told us to leave.
If you’re going to hire adults, please make sure you’re hiring adults who can speak clearly or at least don’t have them working your drive thru.

People are nice, its pretty average for a tacobell. My order was done before i had even walked in the door lol. Although they loaded my drink with ice, like loaded, there was almost no drink in there, I just dumped it out and filled it up to how I like it. The crunchwrap I got though like damn it was barren half or it didnt even have stuff other than sour cream lol

Taco bell would get a 5 rating if you brought back Taco salad the way it used to be years ago people were buying it more then and when you changed it by putting rice in it not many people like rice in the salad that’s probably why it wasn’t being bought as much so you took Taco salad out. Bring it back please with no rice in it.

When you order a grilled cheese burrito box and request no sour cream on anything it should not be that hard to read the screen and make the stuff with no sour cream, but yet again they messed up. The worst part is is it was written on the outside of the wrapper that it had no sour cream. Now this has happened way too many times for me to count so I always ask the person giving me my food are they certain there’s no sour cream and sadly the girl verified it’s written on the wrapper there’s no sour cream and guess what there was on both of the items in the Box. I could understand if it was busy but at the given moment I was just there it was not busy and there was more than enough employees to not mess up something so simple. Do better Milton Avenue Taco Bell!

What a disappointment…. I mean it’s Taco Bell so my expectations were pretty low to begin with – but this was horrible. We ordered 13 items. After waiting 14 minutes they called my name and I was missing 7 out of the 13 items. When I told the staff member she was very disrespectful. How the hell this location stays in business is beyond me. This was the final straw. From now on I’ll just go to a real Mexican restaurant at least I’ll get what I order and it’ll probably be cheaper!

The older ladies at the drive through are consistently rude! I stopped going there for the longest time because they’re always angry and never say please or thank you! Tonight I dared to ask for a glass of ice with my daughter’s online order she was picking up. They opened the window to give us our stuff, and I simply asked if I could get my glass of ice. The one older lady said I don’t know anything about that. I told her I ordered it when I gave you Chloe’s name. The other older lady then yells at me, yes yelled. I took the order and I forgot. I am in customer service and there was absolutely no reason for her to act like that. I didn’t harass her. Hopefully you have cameras
