I ordered two boxes with customizations, through mobile pickup, such as onions in a taco and a special sauce (not the sauce packets), but both customizations were failed to be met.
The food was great, like usual, but I was disheartened to observe my order was failed to be provided it’s due diligence by the employees to provide excellent and accurate service to every customer.
This order was close to perfection except for the fact my customizations were not met. I would be enthralled to try this again with incentives to return.

We stopped at this location on the way to the Dells. Out of 4 of us who ordered, 3 had beef. We have been violently ill ever since. A complete waste of our trip, enjoyed 1 day and the rest have been spent in bed

Consistent! Consistently poor quality. Writing this to remind myself to cook my own mexican food instead.
Last order’s cinnamon twists had no cinnamon sugar on them, the chalupa was as hard as a rock, and the beef burrito has a strong lack of beef in it. I know it’s cheap food, but I’m getting the vibes the workers aren’t being paid enough to care.

This place used to be great!! Last 3 times I’ve visited for dinner food was poor, drive thru people are rude and make you feel bad for taking a few extra seconds to order. Last time I ordered and actually got anxiety ordered drove around and went to Culvers drive thru.

This should’ve read reviews before coming here. I work lots of hrs so I stopped to get food for me and my husband. This Taco Bell food was disgusting and disappointing!! I ordered $25 worth of food and every single thing was gross. The chicken nacho fries was cold as heck, the burrito was gross tasting and the rice in it was hard as rocks, and the taco was so soggy I couldn’t pick it up. I will never return to this Taco Bell!!

I had not been to a Taco Bell for many years and my granddaughter requested we stop after dance class. I was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service . The gentleman at the counter could have not been nicer . My granddaughter ordered her favorite, 1 cheese wrap and 2 soft shell tacos .

Only two stars because of whatever these are that they’re trying to pass off as food. Let’s just say I don’t recommend the chicken nuggets. Somehow they look moldy, burnt and gray at the same time.

We don’t eat here often. They seemed to be in a shift change. We weren’t sure what we were ordering, so we ordered a box.
It wasn’t in a box,(just on a try) so if our granddaughter hadn’t been familiar with Taco Bell we wouldn’t have known what belonged to each person!

Every time we get food from the Taco Bell near our house, the burrito supreme is smaller (has less stuff in it) than the last time. This Taco Bell needs to get their act together. They do not deserve to be in business with how they operate! Signed “Disgusted in DeForest,WI.”
