The food was good. I eat at Taco Bell fairly often, so the food doesn’t seem particularly special. That’s why I gave it four stars and not five.
The service was pretty fast. I ordered on the kiosk, which was pretty easy. I ordered 12 tacos and a burrito. I’m sure it took less than five minutes for my order to be made.
I took my order to go, so the atmosphere wasn’t important really. For a fast food place, the atmosphere is pretty good, though. The walls are painted. Things blend in well. There is plenty of seating and a good variety of tables and booths. It’s ideal for 1-4 people.

I work in fast food so I understand. But they seriously can not ever get an order right for door dash. It’s not like it’s a complicated order or anything. Only asking for NO CHIPOTLE SAUCE is not a hard request just saying.

All I ordered was 2 steak grilled cheese burritos, one with extra steak and one with absolutely zero alterations and they STILL managed to mess it up BADLY. Whoever made the food mixed an absurd amount of beans into the rice which made it into inedible slop (beans don’t even go into the grilled cheese burritos…), one of the burritos had no fiesta strips at all, there was none of the sauces in the burrito (cheese, sour cream, chipotle), and instead of just steak they for some reason threw in random pieces of pork and chicken into it as well which is incredibly irresponsible to just be randomly mixing in different meats that people didn’t ask for. Unless the person making my order had literal Alzheimer’s I see zero excuse or reason for this. I used to go here weekly and now I don’t even want to order from this place again.

We went to Taco Bell twice in the last two days and my experience was awful. No body listens to a single word you say, and can’t even remember what they did yesterday let alone what you order in the drive through menu. They can’t even remember what they ate for lunch yesterday, and are expected to handle other people’s food. Fire the entire staff immediately. This entire establishment is a pitiful embarrassing joke of a fast food restaurant. I have spoken.

I do not recommend going at night. Night shift does not care about getting your order correct nor ask for substitutions if they don’t have select items ordered online. You’re better off going during the day if anything for better management. If you happen to come across Ms. Lee she with brighten you’re whole day!

The absolute worst Taco Bell ever!! They don’t know the meaning of a fresh chalupa they refuse to ever make me a fresh chalupa and I won’t go there at night because they don’t switch out the food they just let it sit and serve it till it’s gone and that’s disgusting and I used to work at Taco Bell so I know exactly what they’re doing the same thing third shift tried to do. Use second shifts food until it’s gone nasty!!! These people should be ashamed of themselves they’re rude at the speaker they rush you to order they leave out any sauces you ask for and they serve you cold nasty food this is the third time I went there and got disgusting food time for New Management

Literally asked if they would put the sauce into the bag. The guy told my husband “Yeah we put it in there.” No Verde sauce that I literally paid extra for. Its the 3rd time now this has happened. The cantina quesadilla is under cooked and its the same with the tacos.

Absolute joke! There are reasons I seldom go to fast food and this place absolutely reinforced those very reasons. Waited 15 min in drive through, get to the mic and was told it would be another 15 min before I can even order. There were three cars ahead of me two bailed because of the wait. I was told they had to “catch up on mobile orders” ♀️ There were 6 cars behind me, I let them all know what was happening 4 of 6 bailed and so did I. Never again.

There I was. Starving, famished. I hadn’t eaten all day and foolishly thought I could spend my hard earned money on an overpriced taco to restore my strength. What awaited me in the wrapper is the atrocity that is in the picture. If you couldn’t tell by looking, (I know I couldn’t.) this is a cantina crispy chicken taco. In all its glory, it is inedible, room temperature, and wholly dissatisfying.
I staunchly discourage future customers from ordering this particular item until the establishment can figure out what mayhem and chaos caused this abysmal creation.
