Midnight. I’m at the drive thru window at midnight. The rep has told me they’re extremely behind and has been extremely rude with me. She yelled and cussed about how she doesn’t care if I say or leave. I’ve stayed calm, and she has cussed me out telling me leave and not come back. It’s wild.

We went inside and I stood at the counter for about 10 min before someone even acknowledged me. Then one of the employees tried to convince us to use the kiosk but if you have cash you still have to wait to pay a person which makes the kiosk completely irrelevant. After the cashier finally came up (from working drive through window) she made it seem like a chore by taking my order saying “anything else” after every single item. After all this my food was mediocre. I don’t expect much from fast food but when it’s neither fast nor cheap anymore I expect something better.

Rude customer service. I am disappointed this place used to have the best service. But now this middle age white woman always has an attitude whenever I go to pick up an order. She forgets my drink and has the audacity to be rude. I believe her name is Kelly she is always rude. And rude towards my mom whenever she forgets her card and mocks her.

Over the last two weeks I have went to Taco Bell on Riverside Drive in Beloit, WI a couple times. This Taco Bell has they rudest and slowest employees I have every seen. The final straw was on the 4th of July. I arrived to the store at 11:12 pm. The lobby was locked, however there was a group of peoplr inside eating. The lobby is open until 12 am daily. While sitting in line I watched the employees and the people in the lobby running around, laughing, and talking. After waiting in line for 35 minutes, just to get to the speaker, the girl taking orders says: “Thank you for coming to Taco Bell. Happy 4th of July. You see all these cars? It’s going to take forever, but you can order if you want.” The only reason I rode out the 35 minute wait, was because I was picking up a delivery order. Anyway, I told the lady what order I was there to pick- up. She told me it wasn’t ready, but I could drive around to the window. Once I finally get to the window, the same girl asks me if I stopped at the speaker first. She then proceeded to tell me that the order isn’t ready, and I need to go around and wait in line again while they figure the order out. Long story short, the customer I was picking up food for ended up canceling her order because of the wait time. I lost 45 minutes worth of pay. This location needs to hire people who want to work. They could use a manager to keep the employees focused too. I absolutely dread every order that has to be picked up at this location. I end up in line for 15 to 20 minutes every time I pick up from the Riverside location, but the 4th of July was just much.

Mentioned I had a dairy allergy so I asked them to make sure there’s no cheese on my food. Lady said okay but some tough guy hopped on the headset and said “you do know we use the same gloves to make all the food” and was just being rude about it. It takes 5 seconds to change a pair of gloves you’re getting paid by the hour
