This location is horrible, and it use to be the best taco bell to go to in racine. No one greets you when you walk in and it is as if they try to ignore anyone at the counter. On went there Sunday January 25th, I got there at 1119 for a doordash pick up and didn’t leave until 1130. Not on word was said to me until I asked for a bag. They immediately got an attitude stating the doordashers have there own bag, yes we do, but when we leave the food for a customer it should be in a bag and restaurants always put items in a bag. Also I had 3 drinks for this order and they had no drink carriers. Just a horrible experience with the service there.

Food was old and soggy. Like it was made hours ago and not 15 mins ago when we order it. The most disgusting taco bell food I have ever had. It’s like they stepped on it and gave to us. It was also ice cold. Completely useless and incompetent employees and management.

Was told food was going to be a 15 minute wait in the drive-through with only one car in front of me, then got to the window and was told that there is no ground beef for tacos. Said they would sub chicken got home in my tacos. We’re all falling out of the wrapper and smashed. No sour cream on them And no tomatoes. Can’t believe you charge almost $16 for five tacos and they weren’t even edible.

For a store that normally doesn’t carry the chili cheese burrito, the 2×2 (I ordered seconds) I had were some of the best I’ve had (my normal STL stores carry the CCB normally).
I ate in, and the store was clean (and the only seated customer). It was interesting to watch a guy ask for a water cup, only to fill it with blue drink, then sneak out around the perimeter of the dining room, and another woman ask for a cup so she could fill it completely full with ice (for her vodka, I’m going to assume based on her body language ).
It’s too bad TB is stopping the nationwide CCB (it was still available for rewards members as of 16-Oct-25).

Waited for almost 10 minutes for 3 tacos and a Dr. Pepper. Only 1 car ahead of me. Tacos tasted scorched and barely room temperature. They were out of all sauce except Diablo and never got that.

It never fails…they ALWAYS forget something when I go through the drive-thru! Don’t even cutomize anything either cause they’ll charge you for the item and not put it on the product!! I ordered the Big Cheez-it crunch wrap and they forgot the Cheez-it and no it wasn’t just a regular crunch wrap cause it had nothing crunchy in it!

Everyone I go here (maybe once every couple of months) there’s ALWAYS an issue. Either they “got slammed with DoorDash orders so it’ll be at least 30 mins until we can even make your food” or “we’re not taking orders anymore we have too many right now” or today they told me “our screens don’t work” and when I asked if I came inside would they work and she responded with “NO MAAM. I said our screens are black” as someone else is actively getting their food. Just super ridiculous. Just shut the place down if it never takes orders or if they keep making excuses. (All interactions have been different times of day and week days and weekends. SUPER strange.

We ordered our food fairly quick so that portion wasn’t bad but then they pulled us to the side which isn’t that bad but for my food to be so old that it tastes like it’s been reheated and falling apart rolled chicken tacos after waiting is not ok. I have had them at a few other Taco Bell’s and never this bad. This Taco Bell has gone down hill. No receipt so when you find the number you just don’t even want to talk to them about it anymore just to drive back?

This is crazy! Called ahead of time to make sure they had what we wanted cause a different store we tried had a broken machine. Physically talked to a person that checked for me and said they had what we wanted. Get there in the drive thru and we’re told that they discontinued it? What? I can see stuff happening when you just show up, but we called ahead. So disappointed. Can’t count even on people telling you ahead if time.
