Friendliest Taco Bell staff ever! Went here at 4 pm on 1/29/26 and the woman that took my order and the woman who accepted my payment (different workers) were both so friendly and kind and patient. Very refreshing 🙂

Ordered food on the app. It’s 10 pm and we go to pick it up. Apparently the order didn’t go through which is okay, but we have confirmation in the app and our bank statement. They refuse to see on our phone that we have an order through that location and refuse to see our bank statements. This was 10 pm on Sunday Nov 16. I don’t know if they just don’t want to do their job or don’t have the human decency to remake food that was clearly ordered but they have no customer service or any empathy. In that situation you ask to conform the order especially since WE PAID and didn’t get our money back. It’s a couple tacos it’s not going to ruin your night you have to remake them. Learn to have customer service and learn to have human decency. Whoever was working the drive though also needs to have better attitude because all we did was pay for our food and show up to pick it up. Do better Taco Bell and make sure your employers actually want to work. Absolutely disappointing.

For the last month or so if you go to this location, they have been telling customers you need to have the exact change or use a debit credit card for the last month. I don’t know if their manager is not going to the bank. I don’t know what’s going on with their cash register but I do know this they’re rude very rude.
I know one thing they are doing I mean, unless they just come to work every day with dirty uniforms on they’re back there eating and “cutting up” and smoking.
I know that I’ll never get my dad a meal from there again tacking unprofessional and yes, you are supposed to be professional in a food service industry.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Your employees wrap up the food very sloppy , along with making it sloppy. This time I found a piece of hair in my food almost looked like a pubic hair . My hard shells are always soggy. just a trashy place yall need to do better.

The black person working today 11/24/25 at 11:40 was a completely rude person that told us to hold on the put The headset down then proceeded to say that we are ordering too slowly. When we said we could still hear him. He then said he’s not talking to us and very rudely then continue to talk bad about his own customers. Do not go to this place. Absolutely horrible.

Will never visit this location again. If we were not on a time limit due to veing in town for an event we would have walked out and went somewhere else!
No counter assistance except to take cash after ordering from kiosk.
Staff stated both restrooms were “not working”. No signs stating as such. Obviously the staff locked them to avoid cleaning since no working restroom is illegal for the restaurant to even be open.
Taco & chalupa shells were old.
Lobby was filthy – looks as if they never clean under the tables or any counter area. No napkins available and no staff asked what I needed. Drink counter was horrendously bad including missing signage for drink.

This team of employees are like fast food athletes. The speed, attention to detail and customer service is too notch. And if they fail at being able to provide you a specific item due to inventory. They comp you on any substitute along with a sincere apology, even though it’s not even directly their fault. I specifically will travel just to order from this location due to the quality of service that goes into every order I make no matter the size. I’m not a bit or even compensated for this review. I just know that good work is hard to find and this place deserves all the credit they can get. 10 stars hands down!

Portion size was incorrect, food appearance was awful as well. We didn’t even get the additions we paid for (avo sauce and guacamole + no nacho sauce when we asked for easy). There’s no meat in our crunchwraps as well and very little to nothing of thr tomato, lettuce sour cream and all other regular toppings. On top of that it almost took an hour to get our food and it’s just so disappointing. It’s Luke warm, not filling and I am very unhappy with the customer service the Wisconsin Ave store has provided. If people don’t like their job, they should leave, not waste the employers money or customers. Thank you for listening and I hope something can be done about this.

This might honestly be the worst fast food place in the world. Every time I order delivery it takes over an hour. The most recent time, I had 4 separate couriers show up and tell me the restaurant didn’t have my order. Or that someone else took it.

Had to repeat my order 5 times. The guy wasn’t paying any attention. Then proceeds to have no sauce packets left except Diablo. AND tells us we cant do more than one order. We explain to him we have a separate transaction for another person in the car and he says no you can only add to the order. He wouldn’t listen to us when we were kindly asking why we couldn’t do another transaction and just kept repeating “is that all for you” and says the total. We have never had this kind of service before and it was unbelievable.
