Mitchell was kind and pleasant from the moment I drove up and was nice enough to confirm my order and honor my request to not put ice in my drink. He was sweet enough to let me know it would be just a moment and also pass along my message to ensure no meat in any of my food. Sonia took the time to personally ensure that all my food was made without meat and accurately and packed nice and neat so nothing was squished or messed up. It is always great ordering at this location due to all the wonderful people who work there. I honestly hate the hales corner location since they always are rude and mess up my order and make it sloppy. I love this location. Sonia and Mitchell definitely were a wonderful end to my night after a long day at work.

Second time here. If you on a time crunch forget about coming to this location. Everyone works on a snail pace. I ordered two items….not exaggerating it took them 25mins for my order and it was not even easy at the drive through and inside. It’ll be awhile I’m wanting Taco Bell. Corp. do better pls. Training your employees.

The staff is nice and all but every time I go to this location it takes 15 to over 30 minutes for an order to be ready, I’ve had to wait almost an hour for some orders and they’re usually not very busy, with me being the only person in here and still waiting at times. I’m not sure what takes so long, I’ve never experienced this at any other taco bell’s in the Area or really any fast food restaurant in general. Right now as I write this I’ve already been waiting for 40 minutes and all the staff appears to be busy yet I’m the only person here and haven’t received my order yet? It’s really a paradox. I don’t know what needs to be done but something, my delivery apps keep sending me here and I can’t take it anymore please fix this or close.

I can’t speak on the food quality but this Friday evening they were clearly in the weeds and understaffed. 25-30min is an unacceptable wait time for us food deliveries and there was no clear communication until I had to pull an employee aside to get a realistic time so that I could let the customer know. Please do better

horrendous service and quality of food. I used to prefer to come to this location because of how close it is but I will go out of my way and drive an additional 15 minutes to a different location every single time at this point. not only do they not answer you at the speaker, but the wait times once you’re able to place your order or check in are also horrible. you will generally be waiting 20 minutes to 30 minutes every single time no matter how long the line is. And by the time you get your food it’s going to be incorrect. I thought maybe it was just new staff, or a rough day, and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. but after at EVERY single order being incorrect every time for weeks when the food item only has two ingredients in it, this is clearly a problem with the staff. And when you mentioned that your food item is incorrect, they will argue with you and bring the rest of the crew over and start yelling at you, Even if you have a receipt and the image of the food is on the menu and you try to show them that that food item has the ingredients they will still yell at you and tell you you’re wrong. only go here if you are absolutely desperate, you don’t mind waiting for a long time for incorrect food, and whatever you order cannot be customized because they will ring it in incorrectly or refuse to make it the way that you place it on the mobile app. it’s so disappointing and so discouraging because you guys really had a good crew a year or two back and now nobody here cares and are incredibly rude to not only each other but the customers as well. corporate doesn’t do any refunds or returns for this store anymore since it has happened to so many times, And when I have gone back or called to get my item replaced I was argued with each time.

They made an honest and easy mistake however they stepped up and corrected it right away and gave me the food they were missing. I literally avoid other Taco Bells and always go to this Taco Bell because they always make the food correctly it tastes good and usually you get everything you ordered. I told them I would leave them a good review for taking care of the problem no questions asked. I drive 30 mins to go to this taco bell only. If only every taco bell was like this one… Good job guys!!!

A solid 3 across the board.
It’s slightly astounding how often this location messes up orders. Three instances come to mind…Ordered a black bean breakfast crunchwrap, person put it in wrong and then asked if the screen looked right…we said no, asked to confirm that there would be no meat on the item and she said “there isn’t any meat on this” is a brisk manner (she input a california breakfast crunch wrap?? which i’ve never had before)… lo and behold, there was bacon!! Called & resolved issue w a team member, who was very kind. Most recently, we placed a late night online order, (black bean grilled cheese burrito, two grilled steak burrito) were asked if the screen looked right, (it did) and..we got two steak and one beef. :’)
another time we ordered online for pick up during breakfast hours & the store just straight up wasn’t open with no notice/info.
oh well. fast food. just a heads up for veggie folks- check your order, your food, and call to get a refund/replacement ¯_(ツ)_/¯

The staff was very friendly and got it order correct. Didn’t know if they were short staffed or something, but they were verrrrry slow. It took a very long time for them to make our order of 2 burritos.

Lemme tell yall what you doing wrong… everything. Waited in line for one hour for you to forget food. A joke if you ask me. If I could have pulled off I would. This places messes up my orders every single time. They r more worried about closing the store at 10pm then getting people out of the line. We got there at 916 and didn’t leave the drive thru till 1015 then u forget food just for us to get home and u made the food wrong and falling apart

It’s tough to rate this Taco Bell because it’s not really their fault things take a while. With so many TBs closing in this area, this location gets overwhelmed. It’s 9:30pm and the drive thru was 8 cars long and the line inside had 6 people. There’s 8 workers here busting themselves to get orders done and they’re doing the best they can. I feel bad because they’re not the issue. It’s the other places closing that’s flooding them too much.
