I’ve been to this Taco Bell a few times, and every experience has been great. The food is delicious and made extremely fast. The staff is kind, and I don’t think they’ve ever messed up an order. The only thing that could be improved is the atmosphere some of the tables were a bit messy. But besides that, everything was great. I would definitely eat here again!

I don’t even know where to begin. The service from this place was absolutely horrid, and I would never order from here again, ever. Everyone be WARNED about ordering here. I ordered my food online, nothing crazy or something super special; all I wanted was a soft shell taco and a soda. When I got my order delivered, there was no soda in sight, disappointing right off the bat. I ordered this soda and had to pay for it! and I didn’t even get it delivered?? That was bad enough. I grab my bag from Taco Bell, thinking that at least I would have my food done correctly AT LEAST. I mean, it isn’t like I asked for something outlandish; I only wanted a soft shell taco… but to my very surprise, I unwrap my taco, and I look down… and I’m not even kidding, I hope this review lets me leave a picture when I’m through with this. My taco only had shredded lettuce and cheese… they didn’t even make my taco right; there wasn’t even a crumb of meat that could be found! And then, when I tried to call the store and get this situation fixed, you want to know what happened? No one picked up the phone! I called multiple times, and normally I’m pretty forgiving of mistakes, but I didn’t get my drink, my taco wasn’t even a taco, and NO ONE picked up any of my calls when I tried to be nice about the whole situation. NEVER. ORDER. HERE. AGAIN.

4/2024 5* The restaurant and restroom were quite clean inside. Zander greeted me immediately as I came through the door. A very friendly restaurant. And of course the fact that Taco Bell has Pepsi is a tremendous plus always!!!

I pulled over here to sit during a call and later discovered I had car issues. The employees where very nice and understanding and even offered me to sit inside and wait for help with my car. Their parking lot is clean and so is the store. The bathroom was clean. Thank you Taco bell employees for being great.

Just don’t. I highly recommend just eating elsewhere. Not sure why but this Taco Bell the service and the food were terrible and definitely not worth my money. I went inside, ordered a combo and a taco and when they handed me my order it was missing half my food. When I got home all my food was cold, terrible and tiny tiny portions even for Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell location has consistently failed on having my orders correct. Every time I have picked up food from the drive through at this location, there is always something missing from my order. Getting a “free taco” coupon is not worth the hassle anymore.
I am now at the point where I will avoid this location and drive all the way to Ft. Atkinson, where I’ve had a much better experience.
