07/28/2023 – This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. I sat in the Drive Thru line for 40 minutes. Why would I wait that long?? Because once you are in line you are trapped, you can’t get out of line. Once I made it to the menu board to place my order I sat there another 10 minute waiting for someone to take my order. I finally blew my horn to get some ones attention. They came on the mic and said I will be with you shortly. I sat for another 10 minutes and heard nothing. No one ever took my order. Finally there was no one in front of me and I left with out lunch. YOU SUCK!!!

Yes, I’m leaving a 5 star review for a Taco Bell. This place opened up during COVID and it has struggled ever since. Food was typical Taco Bell, but sometimes ya just gotta have the Bell. Service and the dining area was always iffy at best.

This place deserves 0 stars. They always get our food wrong. One lady working there is so rude I can’t believe she’s working there. I feel so bad for her co-workers. We came here a couple times staying for the fair. This place SUCKS.

Watched 4 people stand around eachother talking while waiting for my food for about 10 minutes. No there was no line. No there was no cars in drive through. Just thought it was more important to talk to eachother than do their jobs.

I come here pretty often, and normally the food is good. But recently (past 10 to 15 times in the past month) the service (food) has gone downhill extremely fast. Almost every one of the 10 to 15 past times I was there, the chicken was really dry and there wasn’t even a drop of sauce on what I ordered, especially when it calls for ranch AND Chipotle sauce. I don’t think I will be coming back for a good while. Their line cooks definitely need to be retrained on how to make food, so disappointing.
