The drive thru experience is just horrible you wait a long time. They don’t get your order right at all. Missing items and no receipt. You spend so much money and get nothing. Yeah they need to round up hope it improves customer service

I know it’s Taco Bell here and it’s never great but to not even put meat in the tacos is a new level of low. You’d think the employees are paying for the ingredients with how stingy they are with the ingredients they put into their sad little “tacos” or shall I say lack thereof. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs if you can. Got the steak grilled cheese burrito (a $7 taco) and it’s literally got one tiny piece of meat in it and is just rice and cheese. Terrible Taco Bell. Don’t go here. Time for new staff at this location. Also took 20 minutes to get 3 tacos. Even the 2.7 ⭐️ rating they have here is high for them.

Dont go there unless you want to be disrespected, treated inappropiately & big waste of time & money!.The food is almost as bad as the service. It was attempted to addressi the “uncalled” for issues; (never received a simply apology), had the audacity to offer a lousy $10 which 5 times of this was spent, as well as over an hour there trying to correct the problem and more time calling Corporate/Customer Service. Dont waste your time their either. They are just as useless. I will never go there again even if Im starving! This place should be shutdown for many more reasons, very poor excuse of a Business!

We ordered three meals and they gave us something totally different tried to take it back. She the Manager said no thats what I made you that’s what you get. Very rude. We will never go back there and we are putting the word out that this taco bell is not good.

First, I attempted to order on the app but my order was canceled with no explanation. I ordered through the drive-thru, after having to repeat my order multiple times. The girl at the window had the wrong order pulled up, no big deal, I corrected her and that was that. Then someone else came to the window and asked what I ordered. I was given the wrong drink and then sat for 20 minutes without ever receiving my food or even an update on my food. The person behind me finally asked if I could pull-out because they had to go and that’s when I left as well. I tried to file a complaint on their app, which wasn’t working. I called their customer service line and no one picked up. So now I’m out both $20 and food.

I’m not one to typically bash on fast food workers. I understand that it’s not an easy job and people often treat them poorly. To wait over 45 minutes just to get my order placed online is a bit extreme.
I’ll give credit for the staff being friendly enough and for getting our order right. Once I finally got our food, everything was correct, hot and fresh.
I’m honestly not sure what the issue was with how slow it was, but based simply on the fact it was over 45 minutes, I doubt I’ll return to this location even if it’s convenient for me.

Their drive thru takes literally 30 minutes per car. It’s the absolute worst drive thru in history. I’ve tried them on weekdays and weekends, morning or evening, it’s always the same. There’s another Taco Bell not far down the interstate from here, just go to that one instead.
