Unorganized and dirty. Had store stock boxes and items on the customer order counter they almost couldn’t see me waiting to order. Emphasis on waiting. I was standing a few minutes before acknowledge. Service was friendly and smooth but a bit unprofessional.

The experience I had tonight going throw the drive throw was excellent. The guy that took my kid order was Hilarious. He was joking around with my kid. I loved it. I had to pull into the parking lot and walk into taco bell to give the guy a Compliment on his service. I even gave him a little tip. I wish I got his name so he could be recognized for his wonderful Hilarious service, thank you again.

“I had the worst experience at the Taco Bell near me, and I’m still in shock over the cold, uncooked food and the poor customer service I received. I ordered my usual crispy tacos and enchiladas, but when I opened the bag, the food was barely warm and the tortillas were completely uncooked. When I tried to ask for a replacement, the employee didn’t even apologize and just shrugged their shoulders. I didn’t eat a single bite and just left the restaurant. Please avoid this location if you value your taste buds and your overall experience.”

I don’t know why this Taco Bell has so many negative reviews. This is the best one around me. I had 2 beefy crunch burritos tonight and they were so good that it took me back to 2009 when I had one for the first time. God bless you New Berlin Taco Bell, you’re the last good one

I can’t give this place no stars so I need to give it a a one. If you close at 12 you don’t put food away until 12. I went to this Taco Bell tonight at 11:15 a whole 45 minutes before they close and they had half of the food put away already. The lady acted as if it was an inconvenience that I had even showed up to order food. They proceeded to make my food but half of it was wrong. My nacho Belgrade only came with meat cheese and beans. The cheese roll up wasn’t even warmed up it just came with cheese on a tortilla. This was the absolute worst experience at a Taco Bell. Will be getting our money back.

My son and I went inside and ordered from the Taco Bell app to specialize our orders for 4 of us. While sitting there for 15mins the app says our food is ready go to the counter, as we ask for our food they had no idea the order was placed. They spent 5mins looking for the order after I showed them the app. Eventually they found it but it wasn’t made yet. So we sat there for 45mins waiting for our food, like it was a fine dining Chef Ramsey restaurant. While being there 45mins we watched 3 other customers come in with missed items or wrong orders. One customer wanted his money back and the cashier said I can give you the food money back but not the $.50 college fund round up. Eventually he had her call the owner and he gave him a full refund. Finally get home and start eating and it was slopped together, missed items, my hard shell was soft, etc… Also I NEVER leave reviews but this was top 5 worst experience in my life so I had to leave one.

Went here to buy some food at around midnight. The clueless girl who took my order was clearly very high and couldnt comprehend I wanted 6 tacos and kept asking me what I wanted.i went up to pay at the drive through and watched as employees who were wearing gloves were drinking personal drinks, touching their face and headset nonstop and a worker who just got done mopping (not wearing a proper uniform ) hopped on the line without washing his hands. I also waited a very long time of 15 minutes for my food and I felt it carefully to see if it was hot…it was not, it was stone cold. After all of that I asked for a refund and I asked pretty nicely and the girl at the drive thru had a temper tantrum and tried to give me a nonsense explanation that they wash their hands and I don’t know what I’m talking about and slammed the window shut very hard. Totally brainless, thats for sure. I’m not sure if I got a proper refund because the same mop guy who never washed his hands came to the register and kept asking if it was card or cash and I said card repeatedly and he was looking at my receipt and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. If a GM is reading this, you need to fire these employees. Total incompetence and very obnoxious and rude behavior. So much for trying to get some food after working for 12 hours.

Good clean taco bell store. Staff were friendly and nice, but did not take the order correctly! I ordered takeaway steak burrito and found it was chicken at home. An OK experience, wish they had the electronic ordering system. Online menu was not available as well, which is disappointing.
