It was one of the only places open late into the night. We placed an order for pickup, which we assumed would give the employees more time to make the order. Plus it is literally Taco Bell. Fast food. The employee clearly hasn’t ever worked in a real sit down restaurant. We got there and only the drive thru was open, so that was filled with cars. We waited for probably 30 mins before reaching the window. First thing she says is “You better not be the pickup order that caused all of this”… no greeting?? Caused what?? You’re dealing with a steady flow of ONLY drive thru customers— which were all teenagers who literally never complain about anything like this, nobody could go in store to order, taco bell literally offers for pickup— I do not understand the issue whatsoever. And why blame it on us when we had a very normal sized order, gave you more than enough time and we were also the ones waiting, starving, and you also have like two other employees I can see in the back. If your job sucks that much, work somewhere else, if they’d even hire you. Or maybe try working in retail as a cashier somewhere that pays minimum wage and you’ll see how Taco Bell is NOT that bad.

I just ordered today at 2:00, it took a hour and a half till received, I was missing my party pack of drinks, and my food was so cold I didnt even want to eat it. Im missing 4 outve the 5 drinks I got which isnt really hard to get to be honest. The deliverer said the kids in the store were goofing off and he also filled out a report on them for taking so long. Ive requested a refund from tacobell and am currently waiting for my money back.

I’ve stopped here three times. One was probably the best Taco Bell I’ve had in my life. The other two are the worst possible Taco Bell experiences I’ve had in my life. Such a rollercoaster you never know what you’re going to get. Would not recommend.

So 8/31/25 at 8:42pm I placed a mobile order while in the parking lot. The food was out quick but when I got home, everything was messed up.
We spent almost $40 and we were missing 3 items. The items that we did get were wrong. Substitutions were not labeled and the tortillas were stale and the ones that weren’t were soggy.
When we called some male zoomer answered was on the defensive immediately. We told him the food was wrong, missing and inedible. He stated “thats not possible, my food is good”. It was not “good”. It was terrible.
Then he called my wife a liar and accused her of making it up. He refused a refund due to ordering on the app. When we asked him to remake he it sarcastically stated “why do you want it remade if its garbage”. I dont know, bro, maybe so you can remake it and make it right this time. He clearly needs the practice after pumping out subpar taco bell all night.
Then this clown said they were busy when they made it. No dude, it was like 9pm on a Sunday and it was a ghost town i was there in the drive thru. It was just me. We asked him for his name and he refused to give it to us, Im assuming to avoid us talking to his boss or the owner which we will be doing. Corporate will also be made aware.
I hope management will make this right tomorrow when we call. This guy needs to lose his job for terrible, rude and disrespectful customer service. The food quality was the worst I’ve had from a taco bell. It was worse than a taco bell I went to on the north side, which I didnt think was possible.

This Taco Bell is a joke. There were only 3 cars in line for drive thru, so we assumed it would be nice and quick. We placed our order (literally for TWO burritos) and the man taking our order sounded stoned out of his mind and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. We proceeded to wait for 20 minutes in line. After the first two cars were finally helped, we waited yet another 10 minutes for the car in front of us before deciding to get out of line and leave. We passed the drive thru window and the main entrance windows and there was not a single employee to be seen!!! No one was being helped inside either and the drive thru line was insanely long at this point. This is a Taco Bell, not some sit down restaurant? What could these employees possibly be doing in the back that takes so long besides neglecting their customers?

I’ve been going here for years. The staff is friendly and the food is good quality considering it’s fast food. Occasionally my order has been messed up, but they’ve always made it right.

this place is absolutely horrible. management sucks , they’re rude, cleanliness sucks. they vape and smoke weed in the building (you can smell it.) the new management lady talks crap on employees to new hires but never actually train the new hires. they just throw them in and home for the best. food is just thrown together without any effort. chalupa shells have mold on them. the lettuce is always frozen when i get my crunchy tacos. you can also taste mold in their fountain drinks. i recommend this “restaurant” gets a walk through from a health inspector

The worst prefer here experienced..especially with such high prices. 1 complete meal missing from order. Meat dry and tough. Very skinpmy amd amateurish production. Not a good night here today. We got there a few minutes after they opened. I didn’t know this one existed and happened to find it by my job. Even though they just opened up, everything i ordered was ready and wait time was pretty non existent. The staff was very professional.
