I’ve only been to this Taco Bell twice and both times, I had a really good experience because food was really fresh, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant because it was quiet. The restaurant was clean and Taco Bell is very affordable it’s one of those places that you can still eat for $10 or less, that’s really good if you’re on a budget I haven’t been down this way since 2024 but whenever I’m down this way, I stopped in, because a good experience is always important ❤️

I was reading the reviews of this place and I saw a post about this wonderful guy named Braydin and how he changed this man’s life and I gotta say he truly is a god like being he can make your day go from a zero to an 11 he was no is a specimen of peak performance those biceps were massive if it wasn’t for his majestic eyes I would’ve stared there more but I got lost in his glorious eyes that I almost forgot why I came to this establishment. Best. Taco. Bell. Ever. I ALMOST FORGOT TO TALK ABOUT HIS SILKY SMOOTH VOICE ITS SO GOOOD. oh and the food was good too I guess.

We went through the drive thru and was asked by the associates, do you want sauce!! Yes please! We said we needed 6 hot sauce!!!! I’m sorry when did it become so hard to follow directions or count for that matter!!! I specifically asked for 6 I got 3! You wonder why customers are mad, disappointed, or even ticked off!!!!! You’re making how much an hour??!!! Hmmmmmm!!!!! But you can’t count!

I am rating the servers. They’re always pleasant and patient despite several glitches with the app, which they have no control over. There are a limited number of items I like, which are prepared just fine and good value. Compared to Taco Bells closer to and in Milwaukee, they are friendlier and faster.

Worst food ever! We ordered a taco supreme party pack through the drive-thru. What we received was the most unsupreme taco!. We received a bunch of hardy filled shells. They only had a bit of meat , lettuce and a tiny bit of cheese. See pictures! Do not eat here ever!

They’re pushing zero customer service. I approach the drive through and hear an AI voice. I dont respond. The voice asked again, I dont respond. A third time, I tell it “I will not talk to a robot”. It asked a fourth. I drive away.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this taco bell. Needless to say I will never be able to order from here again.

ordered 3 things. a drink. a steak grilled cheese burrito and a taco. the taco shell was stale, the lettuce in my burrito was ROTTEN. nearly threw up eating. usually love the grilled cheese burritos. but now man, i just dont know. highly disappointed.

Was only really good when they still did breakfast. Lunch/dinner items are so expensive considering how much they rip you off with the size of all their items now, I only really went for the breakfast crunch wrap! They even still show pictures of it on Door dash only to discover they still don’t do breakfast. Incredibly odd move on their part. Picture of my chicken quesadilla I got the last time I went to show the “quality” of a $17 meal apparently.

Literally the worst. Worse than the Taco Bell in Delavan. Tried calling for mistake on order no one answers- they just pick up the phone and hang up. Very immature workers. Will be getting ahold of corporate on Monday for this kind of behavior, it’s truly unacceptable.

Worst experience yet. Very rude employees to begin with. Orders three different meal spending $40 dollars!!! Ask for sauce at the speaker. They put ONE in the bag. When I ask for more the male working drive through was very rude! If 0 was possible that’s what this rate would be! Definitely don’t deserve 1. They made a mistake with my order. I ask for it to be remade and this is what they send out?? Since when is this acceptable behavior!?!? SMH (Delavan location)
