Placed a mobile order for drive through, once arrived I thought it would be an easy in because there was one car in drive through. I was wrong! Turns out it takes 5-10 minutes for each car to get a person talking to them through the speaker. Once we finally get to the window our food isn’t ready and we wait a long time again. Once the food came I made sure to see if everything was in there but, I was greeted with tomato pieces at bottom of bag and who knows what else. One taco felt cold, I don’t even know if it was even our taco. Hopefully the food isn’t bad. This was at high noon on a Wednesday

So 10:15-10:20 comes by i’m on my way home (home is 15-25 minuets the other direction) i decided to get taco bell!! two crunch wraps one bean 5 layer burrito and 4 doritos locos supremes. i drive off not only to find the wrong food but a random taco that had NOTHING to do with our order. We pull back around and they give us the 4 tacos they made late and did not give to us the first time we drove through. I get home and check to find they are not even supremes!!!!! they are bone dry and nows its 11:45 and im highly disappointed in whoever decided that this store ACTUALLY operational. a 5 year old couldnt mess up sour cream and tomato. if this store could have zero stars it would never eat at this location!!!!! Forgets orders Forgets Food and not to mention the food was cold wet and tacos had no substance!!!

They closed the dining room without any sign on the door. It took 10 minutes to get to the mic to order. Once up there I had to initiate any kind of communication which took 3 minutes of me getting impatient. Got to the window, still no hello. Got our food and got home. I live 1 minute away, it took 20 minutes round trip. I got to finally eat my food and it was cold since I did a mobile pick up. I have never been more disappointed. I get being understaffed but it took the guy way too long to get anything done. If the dining room was open I wouldn’t have cold food.

Never go to this Taco Bell. I have dealt with getting the wrong items, food taking forever to get when not busy, food made incorrectly, and not enough meat and toppings. The last time I went, I ended up finding plastic in my burrito. The pictures below show a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and a 5 Layer Burrito (with the plastic in it)

I came in to get a burrito. I had to use the bathroom urgently due to a medical condition before ordering, and to my surprise after nuking their bathroom they had no toilet paper. Had to raincheck the burrito and go home and take a shower. Also slipped on wet floor while walking into the restaurant to make the matter worse. It was downpouring outside and they were to lazy to dry the floor. How can a restaurant known for causing explosive reactions not stock up on damage control? Beats me. I guess yall can call me Oppenheimer now, cuz I came out of that bathroom radioactive af. If you have IBS beware of Taco Bell, it makes it worse (veteran tip) and you won’t be able to clean up.

I honestly don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews. I’ve always had amazing customer service here & they always get my order right. I usually sub meat for beans or create my own tacos w/ fries or potatoes & they’ve never messed up an order or have gotten annoyed. The Taco Bell on Green Bay always gets my order wrong but this location (market lane) is dope. Maybe I’m just lucky??

It is absolutely comical how bad this place is. Multiple times I have waited about 20-30 min at drive thru when there are 2 cars in line. They have been there well over a year now. Can’t use its new excuse anymore. You get served quicker at regular Mexican sit down restaurants.
