There were only 2 girls working. I ordered online and then waited inside for over 20 mins. Another girl came in that was apparently a friend of theirs and they proceeded to make their friends food (which she didn’t pay for) before everyone else’s. The friend then disappeared into the back room for about 15 mins, even though she didnt work there. When I finally got my order, I sat inside and ate and heard the girls complaining and saying that if customers don’t like it they could come in and do it themselves. Awful service. They need more than 2 young girls working at 5:45 pm during dinner rush.

Never go to this Taco Bell. I have dealt with getting the wrong items, food taking forever to get when not busy, food made incorrectly, and not enough meat and toppings. The last time I went, I ended up finding plastic in my burrito. The pictures below show a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and a 5 Layer Burrito (with the plastic in it)

So 10:15-10:20 comes by i’m on my way home (home is 15-25 minuets the other direction) i decided to get taco bell!! two crunch wraps one bean 5 layer burrito and 4 doritos locos supremes. i drive off not only to find the wrong food but a random taco that had NOTHING to do with our order. We pull back around and they give us the 4 tacos they made late and did not give to us the first time we drove through. I get home and check to find they are not even supremes!!!!! they are bone dry and nows its 11:45 and im highly disappointed in whoever decided that this store ACTUALLY operational. a 5 year old couldnt mess up sour cream and tomato. if this store could have zero stars it would never eat at this location!!!!! Forgets orders Forgets Food and not to mention the food was cold wet and tacos had no substance!!!

Been to this location several times now and they consistently get my food order correct (yes! These days that’s a huge bonus – To be fair I order custom food – TY!). I usually order online before I go, and they are friendly/nice,
and quick. I will visit this one over all other T.B. locations in the area, despite being a several miles drive for me.
*Edit* another follow up -they consistently get my food right, and what you get for your money is impressive. Breakfast is sooo worth it. thank for getting it right and being nice!

Staff is rude, order takes forever to get. been sitting here for over 10 minutes and didn’t even get drinks. Order is always wrong here. the staff does nothing but giggle and mess around. Lobby’s closed? but it says open until 12. lady was rude all because i asked where my order was since i was waiting for 15 minutes
