If you want to wait in line for 20min for them to tell you rudely they only accept cash and it needs to be exact because they don’t have change and also have cold hard tacos then this is your place! They literally are the worst restaurant chain around. Not only are they incredibly rude but they are always saying how they don’t have change, you need to pay in cash and the you wait for 45min for cold ass food. Also they close the drive thru all the time! So yeah stay away and go to a taco truck with good food

Had an issue with DoorDash and the staff was extremely helpful, sympathetic, understanding and went above and beyond in every way possible to help me and resolve the issue. Not very often do you see that in the fast food industry. They are top notch at this location!! They should get a reward for best Taco Bell location of the year or something honestly greatly appreciate them, their time and effort!! Thank you!!

Hey just to let you all know Andy and I believe his name is Daniele, they are amazing workers and very sweet to me. They issued a 45 minute wait on the food which was no problem because I had an eye docs appointment across the street but when I came back they were prepared with my order hot and I appreciate their kind services. Happy holidays ! Bonus pay to them if u can

There were a few things wrong with my experience. Every time I go to Tacobell some food in my order is cold. This time, my fries were cold even after I left the drive-thru and tried a fry. As much as you pay for this food, you would expect it to be served hot and right. My burritos were made wrong, and each of the burritos cost 4 dollars a piece after ordering a few extras. The other issue is, why is it you go to different Tacobells the prices are different? I will never go to the Taco Bell in Franklin, Wisconsin, because their prices are ridiculous. I requested sour cream on my burrito and they charged $1.09 for each burrito for sour cream. For just at the most maybe an oz of sour cream!!!!!! Can you say overcharge!!! Why go to a place when you want to get your food the way you want it, and the charges are out of this world!!! And of course, the burritos (which I ordered special were done wrong!!) At this Tacobell, it cost over $8 for two bean burritos made to my order, but when I went to the Burlington Wisconsin Tacobell they were $5, and I ordered more items that were additional cost at that Tacobell. This is why you don’t get return customers!!!Make prices reasonable and make it the way the PAYING CUSTOMER PAID FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not worth going to. Looked at a taco I ordered, after I had it in the fridge for a few hours, and it had a black soot on the shell. My guess is it was rubbed on the floor or has mold on it. Either way, that tortilla should not have been served to anyone. The order was correct, but the portion was very small for a side item I ordered. I’d say this probably isn’t a location you want to go to. It is never a good thing when food service works don’t have human decency.

Jan 2022: since March I’ve went back here several times and every time they’ve forgotten drinks, food, sauces, and although they are friendly, they keep missing something. Once is alright but this is my 5th or 6th time they’ve missed something. And quality lacked big time.
Mar 2021: By far, THE best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Normally I get whatever the $5 box is, and this time I did too. One of the items I always press my luck with is the beefy bean burrito. All other Taco Bell’s have a tough tortilla with slightly running bean part. This burrito however, was the softest I’ve ever tasted! Also, their cinnamon twists, were full of cinnamon and each bite was heavenly.

Just went to Taco Bell now waited in the drive through for a couple minutes no answer, go up to the drive thru window employee looks at me and doesn’t come to the window and continues to do what they were doing and then talks with another employee. I eventually left but it’s ridiculous your store hours say 1am and the employees aren’t answering the drive thru almost an hour before closing time.

whoever worked on 7/7/24 at around 11:30 pm needs a big kiss on the lips. My grilled cheese burrito was beautifully wrapped made with the most love and care. It was a perfect ratio and made me beam with joy after every bite. Everyone who was working deserves a raise.

This location is absolute garbage. We’ve had plenty of messed up orders and forgotten items, but tonight took the cake. Check out the pictures of my “crunchwrap supreme”… We ordered two, and both were just tortillas wrapped around the middle shell with sour cream, a tablespoon of ground beef, and a dollop of nacho cheese. No other fillings. Complete trash. Go to literally any other Taco Bell location, unless you enjoy throwing away money.

I should stick to the items I like (Chalupa or Burrito Supreme). They had, not long ago, a crispy chicken in a flatbread along with a sauce and other items rolled into it. They now show a flatbread with a crispy chicken which I thought was it….NOT. Not even close. It’s tiny. It’s bitesize. It’s a joke! On receipt it’s called Chicken Sandwich Taco. There is nothing on it. No sauce. No cheese. No nothing except a mini piece of chix and mini flatbread for $2.69. Really? Off the value menu I also ordered the spicy potato soft taco and the beef and rice burrito. All three came to $5.80. The drive thru worker was pleasant.
