Me and my friend often go this Taco Bell late at night and out of all the places we visit from here to Janesville and Milwaukee this Taco Bell has some of the coolest and most chill employees that are amazing. Derick and Livingston are some of the best guys in the food space you could ask for. Get these two champs a pay raise!

Going through the night time drive thru is such a great part of my day. Always giving a full experiance and having a good time/attitude. They also fix mistakes without a fuss and dont try and jip you on the food. Always put full effort in. Could use some better decor for the outside though. P.S to the cute blond in the window is the best part

My visit was tonight (10/20/25) I did an online order for pickup inside. The doors were locked but once an employee saw me they opened the door and was extremely apologetic! I get it! Things happen. As I was waiting for my food the women behind the counter was again apologizing for the wait which as stated above I totally get, help is always short and they are doing the best they can. After about 5 minutes she came back and said did you guys have sodas? Which we replied no, so she said here’s two on me for the wait….what?! That was so incredibly nice and she did not have to do that! I’ve never been treated so well by someone making my grub. The food was hot and awesome and the soda on top was the cherry. This team tonight rocked and I’m so happy I stopped. Thank you for making my night awesome and especially thanks to the lady behind the counter tonight who went above and beyond. Hoping management rewards you!

My friend and I got there pretty late at night, We were so hungry and knew they would close soon, however, we were greeted by Caleb, he had a smile on his face and was such a joy to talk to! Definitely made the “fast food” experience feel more like a homemade meal.

Literally 95% of my orders at this location have been wrong in some way. Missed items, wrong ingredients, etc. I’m done with the Delavan Taco Bell. Just do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to the Mukwonogo store, they almost never screw up.

We pull up to get some crispy chicken tacos out of the drive thru Upon receiving our food, an employee asks us if we can handle it, that he has a challenge for us. And behold, he drops at least 20 packets of Diablo sauce into the bag. Truly the most amazing customer service Ive ever had at ANY fast food restaurant.

Don’t come here at night. I’ve been to this location during the day and it’s fine. However, the night shift genuinely needs to be fired. I’ve never had a bean burrito with so many cold onions. I legit had to spit it out and throw it away. The beans were hard and it was so disgusting. I think I have ptsd.
