Ordered drive thru. Made order and they talked back in Spanish. Ask what and said order again. Back in Spanish, then they laughed type in order. When recieved my food, went home and very disappointed. Wasted money.

Do better Taco Bell……. I mean when ordering you expect safe food not to bite into your meal and literally have a 3inch hard cardboard. Went through the drive through around 3:20pm on 10-27 and the place was a ghost town so no excuse for being busy and “forgetting” to remove the damn garbage that you warm up your meat in.

I Ordered online and picked up the food through the drive through and was the only car. I ordered a combo and upgraded the drink to a large but was not to pleased to see the result. I suggest possibly making the online order drinks at the time of the pickup to avoid similar scenarios. Overall I’m always satisfied with this location.

Show up here 1:30pm on a Saturday, place is a ghost town parking lot wise, 4 cars waiting at the menu we waited 30 minutes! And we all drove off upset we didn’t get our Taco Bell! No excuse poor service.

I mean I understand with it being Cinco De Mayo but I worked 9 years in food service and special days or menu items, you know you need to staff. Keep in mind this 12 minute wait was JUST SINCE ORDERING. Not even the 17 minute wait I had to even get to that point. Looks like I may have to travel across down and pray that it’s even slightly better

Three of the employees went out of their way to distinguish which one of the crunchwraps we ordered had no tomatoes and made me laugh. 10/10 customer service and food. Thanks for the giggle lol

I had an awesome late-night experience at the Taco Bell in West Bend, thanks to the amazing manager Caitlin. Even at 10:30 PM, with only two staff members, they absolutely killed it! Caitlin and her team were super friendly and incredibly efficient. The Crunchwrap Supreme was spot on—hot, fresh, and delicious. Big shoutout to Caitlin for keeping things running smoothly and delivering great service even under pressure. I’ll definitely be back!

My first trip to the Hwy 33- Washington St Taco Bell location. Good access and plenty of parking. I choose to use the drive thru. Signage is very clear with pictures of each product. I choose the #1 3 hard shell tacos and soda. The food was made fresh as I did have to wait a few minutes in driveway window. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars rather than 5. The taco meat on all 3 tacos was thin. Taco meat was done perfectly with the right amount of lettuce and cheese. It’s nice having a location on Northside of West Bend. Great place to go for a quick bite that isn’t a hamburger joint.

At the window in the drive thru, we were handed multiple sodas after the machine was out of syrup. We had to ask for receipt and we had to ask for our credit card. Once we arrived home, we discoved multiple items where broken up inside wrapper as if the contents had been tossed around. We will not be going back.

I did not go in so cannot comment on the atmosphere. I have not eaten Taco Bell in years. Took a chance out of hunger and curiosity. The nacho Doritos tacos were ok but messy. The grilled chicken burrito with extra chicken was a disaster. Cheese sauce was horrid. It had rice in it. It had crunchy chips in it. According to what goes in a regular friggin burrito the only thing they got right was chicken, in a shell, and grilled. This is likely the last time I would ever consider Taco Bell again.
