The food is always good, but sometimes better than others and sometimes they mess up the order for example they gave us the wrong drinks. The service is okay nothing special. Overall an average Taco Bell, but this specific one doesn’t have the full menu.

i absolutely love taco bell and it kind of sucks seeing how this one’s been going throughout the years. i completely understand when places are understaffed and takes a little longer to receive my food but throughout the past 3 months ive been picking up an order or order through drive through it takes 10-30 minutes. as well as i have requested extra on some burritos and don’t receive and a lot of the time even forgetting stuff. again, i work in food industry so i understand mistakes but its a lot. i had ordered a chicken wrap with VERY little chicken.. for $3. hopefully it gets better but the chicken wraps should not be $3 if i’m barely receiving the chicken itself. hopefully it gets better and things start changing but so far it doesn’t look like it.

So I had issues with the taco bell on the south side and decided to hit this one up instead to see if it was any better, no it was not, the same exact issues I had from the other location: I tried to order delivery from here but in their app it would only let me choose certain items, no tacos could be ordered just their new cantina chicken burritos? So I go and pick it up myself, showed up and got trapped in the drive thru with only 2 vehicles in front of me for 30 minutes!! Go home right down the street and low and behold everything was cold and wet and sticking to all the wrappers, the hard tacos were soggy and the bottoms stick to the wrapper and tear them apart, the soft tortillas stick and rip pieces off and the chalupa tortilla was underdone and raw and doughy. I ordered one of the lux boxes or whatever its called and this location just threw everything in a bag and didnt even give me my cinnamon twists. I don’t understand what these employees are doing but obviously there’s a major malfunction happening here and at the other location so the regional manager for these locations is doing a terrible job, and I remember now why I stopped eating at taco bell. And they can’t even give me the right hot sauce, pretty hard to mess that part up but they managed to do it somehow at both locations.

It was late at night and I git some Taco Bell as dinner and from this particular takeout it wasn’t bad at all! Can’t comment on the service or restaurant itself as i got delivery but the driver was fast as he could be and polite! The food was very good and plentiful! Got some tacos, a burrito, nachos and few other thing all of which were great! No problems I enjoyed the meal I got from this Taco Bell, price aside.

Food was good. Nice and hot. They modified my order correctly. Everything there. No issues.
So update. They really let this place go downhill!!! I ordered dine in. They handed me everything for take out. No biggie. The chick with the glasses, not the manager, the other gal, she really needs a chill pill. She was acting so flustered for a few cars in drive thru!! There were more people waiting in the dining area than in drive.
Speaking of the dining room. Its gross. You have 5 people there at 2:30 and NO ONE is doing bathroom or lobby. Ive sat here for an hour and watched 5 cars come through but not a soul in the front. In my day when I was a manager, 2-4 there were 2 people on line 1 was even working both drive and front counter, and 1 was doing the dining room. The manager could do interviews but I did not hear her one time to tell anyone to clean this area. There was no soap in the woman’s bathroom. Come on people do better.

You have got to be kidding..I go through the drive thru and was told I couldnt order anything..only way to order was through the app. I said I dont have the app, he said you download it. I pulled away and downloaded the app. Then I struggled because you couldnt order unless you signed up fir a rewards program, having to enter all your info. Then I order my food and couldnt get back to order my drink.. I went back thru the drive through and since I was the only one around the employee said come around and he’ll help me…he couldnt so it either, so he just asked me what i wanted and ordered it like the old days when you go through a drive thru…all this took about 35 mjnutes..all for a crispy chicken burrito! My my, bring back the old fashioned way, ordering at the speaker..

Waited an hour. Not exaggerating at all. Was in the drive thru for 1 hour from when we pulled up to when we got our food. As we were waiting for our food we could see 2 employees that were just standing talk to each other and there was a crazy long line still behind us.

Got doordash and the bag and the app and all of it said I got chicken but it was steak. Very unhappy as steak makes me throw up any time I eat.wish I could give 0 stars
