They barely put anything in my tacos 3/4 of it are just air. I tried calling to reach to ask what the hell is going on I got a hello then I asked for management and they immediately hung up. it’s not worth the 68.00 the I paid for this doordash can I ask why are the tacos completely almost empty and he said to take it to doordash because they delivered it this location is unacceptable the negligence of the management is sad please don’t order from here you’re wasting your money.

I went through the drive-thru on this visit. No other cars, the staff was nice but they somehow did not give me my full order. I had to tell them the bag was missing some food and it got fixed. You can only expect so much quality for fast food, while the pictures may be a bit unappealing it doesn’t taste bad. I’ve never had issues with Taco Bell in the past, hope it remains that way! I don’t see it getting much better than this but that’s what is expected.

Went there today for lunch through the drive thru for the 1st time in years, and I regret it so much. First, the guy said they only took card, because “their drawer was sticking and wouldn’t open.” Then he gave me a diet pepsi that tested like garbage/with barely any syrup and told me to pull forward. Sat in the drive-thru for 25+mins, and called them, while sitting there about the coke being out of syrup, and a very rude lady, after yelled at me on the phone, said she was gonna send a lemonade with my order and that they only had 2 people currently working today. Once the order came, they forgot the lemonade. The guy went inside to grab it, and came back with plain water. When I told him it was supposed to be a lemonade, he said “their lemonade was a light pink, that’s why it looked so clear. ” It was definitely water. So, I parked, went inside, got ignored by everyone. Told them they have me water and went ahead and tried filling in the soda. There was no ice in the lobby machines and every single soda I tried was empty. The guy finally came out and gave me some peach drink that also tasted terrible. The food tasted old and the cinnamon twists weren’t even half way full. They never gave me a receipt, so I can’t do a survey online. I would avoid this location. They are understaffed and the workers that are actually there obviously don’t have a clue what is going on, nor care. Disappointed!

Me and my friend went through the drive through 12/22/25 around 1 pm and the man at the drive through first of all he didn’t even say hello to me at all when I pulled up to the speaker just “go ahead with the order” and that’s not that deep, then he said “speak up” also not that deep but just overall not nice what so ever then when I pulled up to the window this man actually said nothing to me not a single word. I have always had a good experience at this Taco Bell but this made me not want to go here.

We were able to do a pre-order for our late-night snack for our wedding through Taco Bell on Summit Ave! They allowed my dad to place the large order a day ahead of time in store, which was super helpful! It was such a fun way to end our wedding night, and the food was all fresh and tasty!

I had no issues with the staff or their service. The guy at the drive-thru window was great!
What I did have an issue with was the food. I mean it is Taco Bell, so you know what you are normally going to get. However, what I did not expect was my entire order of 4 x 5 layer burritos to be ice cold (like straight out of the freezer cold) and the cheese not be melted in the burritos, see attached photos.
Ultimately I will need to leave a 1-star review based of the quality of the food NOT the staff.

I went through the drive thru last night around 7 pm. There were 3 cars in front of me. All had ordered already, and were waiting for their food. Still It took about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. A simple “hi we’ll be with you shortly would suffice but, they ignore you. It then took about 20 min to finally get up to the window! I ordered 2 beefy 5 layer burritos with extra ground beef, which I paid extra for! When I got home and pulled the burritos out, they were small and had less than normal ground beef. This is the 3rd time from 3 different taco bell’s that I’ve been stiffed on extra meat when I paid for it. It’s getting ridiculous! If I’m going to pay for something, I expect what I’m paying for! I’ve worked in fast food before and don’t understand what the problem is. This is supposed to be “Fast Food” not wait 20 min in a drive thru line only to be screwed on your order. Figure it out.

I got into the Marriott hotel late tonight and was looking for some food, and realized Taco Bell was across the street and still open.
I placed a mobile order without realizing the lobby was closed, and since I took and Uber to the hotel, I had to knock on the drive thru window to see if I could get my order.
JR and the team were super kind and helpful and got me my order super quick. Since I didn’t have a car, I waited on the patio and JR brought my food right out to me.
Awesome service from this late night crew.

I love Taco Bell but when did it get so bad! They somehow forget at least three items EVERY TIME!!! I waited at the front for five minutes. NO SERVICE! I asked about an item and they said no then checked and said they had them but they were in the freezer and wouldn’t cook them! They forgot some items and they did get it fixed. You can only order on a screen and there is only one. This is just sad!
