Ordered 3 hard shell tacos supreme meal, I asked for no lettuce and add onions, I get home and I have 3 hard shells with NO SOUR CREAM, NO LETTUCE, AND NO TOMATOES, THEY COMPLETELY SCREWED UP THE TACOS, I HAD TO SAY MY ORDER TWICE. I even have pictures, worst experience ever!!

Now I remember why it is I haven’t been to Taco Bell in forever.Today I got a burrito and a taco the burrito had absolutely no meat in it just the beans that they put in it the taco had more lettuce than anything else. Really wish there was a del Taco around Wisconsin.

Today is Saturday April 27th at 9:29am. I was turned away because the lady in the drive through says they are not opening until 10 am today. This has happened to me countless times since moving to Hartford and is unique to this location. They have employees inside yet choose to turn away/ignore customers. I’ve had this happen 3 times now and one time it was nearly 11 am and they ignored me at the drive through until I went away and the doors were locked. Worst Taco Bell experience ever.

Most of the times when I go to Taco Bell the tacos are old meaning that they have put the meat in the shells and left them like that until someone places an order then they build your taco order then they will use those meat filled shells to build your taco. Not these guys. They make the tacos as you order them. The shells are crispy and crunchy and dont have soggy bottoms like most do. This place is awesome. Thanks for doing it the right way. They were also made very quickly. As we handed them money at the drive up windou they were handing us a bag of tacos. I appreciate that. You will be highly recommended if anyone is looking for good quality food quickly

Fast friendly service. Haven’t been to this Taco Bell in over a year. Was impressed with the quick and friendly service I received the day I went there. The person in the drive thru taking orders was very polite and courteous. Handed me my order. Everything was correct and freshly made. Thank you, I appreciate it. I wish I knew his name so I could pass on my compliments to his manager.
