Hot, warm, and cooked to perfection! I ordered in store on January 28th after 830, and I waited about 5-6 minutes. I’m a very satisfied customer. If they’re busy, please give them 5-10 minutes to prepare your food. Making burritos and tacos does take a bit of time.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience
I placed an online order at 3:50 PM today. I live in Brookfield, literally just a couple blocks away, so this should’ve been quick and simple. Instead, it turned into almost an hour-long mess.
When I arrived, I gave my name at the drive-through speaker and was told to park in the front in the mobile order parking. I did exactly that and waited… and waited… and waited. No one ever came out to my vehicle.
After sitting there way too long, I finally went inside around 4:30 PM, only to be told that they “guess” my order somehow got bumped off the screen. No urgency, no accountability—just excuses.
While I’m standing there waiting even longer, other customers are clearly frustrated, some even asking for refunds because they had also been waiting with no answers. The place felt completely unorganized.
I didn’t receive my order until 5:00 PM—over an hour after placing it—which is absolutely ridiculous for a mobile order. The biggest issue seems to be that there are too many young employees working without proper supervision. No leadership, no communication, and no sense of urgency.
This was a very frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. Management seriously needs to step in and get this place under control.

Waited 45 min for them to make a simple 2 person order, we even ordered ahead on the app. They accidentally gave my order away to other customers twice before actually making my order and handing it to me. But even then items were missing from the bag and had to beg for them to make the additional item.
Don’t waste your time go someplace else. It’s clear this franchise owner doesn’t care at all anymore.

Do not go here unless you consider waiting an hour or more for food to be fast. Literally, you will potentially wait over an hour for the food you ordered. I was waiting so long I tried to cancel the order in the app but I couldn’t because I’d already checked in for the order. Apparently this is just the norm for this location.

Look it’s Taco bell. I get it. My expectations are pretty low. I find the service here pretty quick, average to nice workers. My gripe is the food… Just seem to get less and less value for the dollar. This $3 taco is a joke. I could spend $4 for a legit Mexican one up the street… And prob will next time.

We had to wait AN HOUR for our MOBILE ORDER, we went inside originally because the sign outside said to go inside for mobile orders, where ignored 3 times by the guy in the picture until someone else came out and said the lobby was closed (while dude in pic sat right behind us) so we went and waited in line for forever. (Best part is while we were waiting in like, the dude in the pic, locked himself out of the building) he deserves to be fired, his crew was doing all the work while he just sat and walked around, and how are you gonna lock yourself out when YOU locked the door 10 mins ago throw the incompetent man out before he gives someone good poisoning or something. I understand you’re understaffed but he’s bacially not even staff at that point.

They never make dine n app orders until you ask. Twice now waited 20 minutes or longer for my on order. People ordering on kiosk after me getting served first. Have to always ask where my order is at if I can flag them down. Theres an order ready shelf but never seen it used.

If only we could give negative stars! I ordered 3 cheesy fiesta potatoes, chicken chalupas, and a chicken quesadilla. Right when I got the bag, I checked and the potatoes were all over the food. I thought ok, maybe it’s just that one but I removed a napkin and it was basically all 3 I ordered. I asked for replacements and they parked me. They took a while so I decided to look at the tacos and I kid you not! The chicken chalupa had maybe 4 small pieces of chicken and all lettuce. I went right in and got my refund. Stay away! This location should be shut down.

I’m a doordash dasher and went to this location 01/11/2026 to pick up an order. I was told that the grease was getting cleaned and that the store couldn’t complete the order at the time. I say in their parking lot and called doordash dasher support to inform them. 2 days later I have a violation saying I have inaccurate info about the order. That’s not cool, I live in Illinois, and I have family up in Milwaukee. I wanted to send my nephews up there to ask why did they LIE AND SAY THEY DIDN’T TELL ME THAT BUT I’LL BE UP THERE BECAUSE THAT’S PLAYING WITH SOMEBODY MONEY. I HAVE 5 KIDS AND DOORDASH IS HOW I MAKE EXTRA CASH, I’M A BUS OPERATOR AND WHEN I COME TO VISIT MY MOTHER IN MILWAUKEE I TURN ON MY DASHER APP. I TALKED TO A YOUNG LADY WHO SAID SHE’S THE ASSISTANT GM AND THAT SHE’LL GIVE THE MESSAGE TO HER GM. BUT WHEN I GET UP THERE, I PLAN TO MAKE HIM LOSE HIS JOB ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. YOU CAN’T DO THIS IN CHICAGO BECAUSE YOU’LL HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER JOB VERY QUICK. AGAIN, I DON’T PLAY ABOUT MY MONEY AND I’M NOT GOING TO LET A 30K MINIMUM EXTRA CARRY BE TAKEN BY A PERSON WHO DON’T EVEN MAKE THAT. BUT YEAH, I’LL BE UP THERE THIS WEEK ON MY OFF DAY BECAUSE I DON’T PLAY AROUND….

After I got my order I realized they missed an order of nachos but they gave me the missed item. I come home and find out they missed a high price item and all the tacos had literally no meat to them. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a taco bell. The photo is of after I removed the lettuce and cheese to find nothing. The quesadilla literally had no cheese just the jalapeño sauce. Super disappointed.
