I just came from here. First of all I ordered a freeze of course the machine was not working so I was fine with taking the large drink instead. Then when I got my food they didn’t have sour cream & I was charged for that I was fine with taking an extra item. But now I come home to unwrap my “BEEFY 5 layer burrito” & this is what I got ( I added my own sour cream at home ) there is NO meat, no cheese sauce, just tortilla & shredded cheese. This place needs A LOT of help.

I hate to be a negative Nancy about something so small. And while I greatly appreciate the staff getting my order out the pickup window SO FAST, I would also appreciate that my food gets cooked thoroughly.

Purchased a quesadilla and 2 cheesy roll-ups, and the shredded cheese in both were lukewarm at best.

Again, not a huge deal and the urgency was nice. Please cook a tad longer next time.

Had to order with a tablet, apparently it’s no longer a thing to look at a menu and order food with a cashier, very complicated. Waited 15 minutes for the food, which was cold. Paid $17 for $3 worth of food. Tacos are just lettuce and cheese. And Doritos locos tacos is no longer a thing even tho it’s promoted on the taco wrappers.

So, I feel they probably couldn’t have messed up my order more without literally being intentional. Let’s get to the first thing.. I ordered 4 Doritos Locos Tacos (they didn’t have them, alright fine. I’ll pay the extra for something I’m not getting.. whatever. Not that big of a deal). I also ordered two Cheesy Gordito Crunches.. they didn’t have the spicy ranch sauce on them, an integral part of the specialty (not an add on or a substitution, it’s standard). Love a dry taco; said nobody. My meal included Nachos and cheese, the cheese cup was less than half filled. I ordered the 5 layer burrito without beans, there were beans of course. I realized I was missing my Fiesta Potatoes AND my cinnabites.. went through the drive through again and got them. The potatoes were hard. On the bright side, when I came back for my missing items they gave me 3 coupons for a free taco… that will likely also be incorrect. Thanks but no thanks. Pretty much every single item I ordered was completely effed up.

Went last night and had two separate mobile orders, got told at the intercom that they were out of seasoned beef and steak, which I understood and said chicken was fine. While I waited at the window the drive thru window was cracked open and employees were cursing and laughing like crazy. Got my food, took off, noticed in the lobby several employees were just sitting/standing and talking.

Once I got home, food was severely cold and ended up throwing it away, also I got the new dippers and ordered creamy garlic sauce and didn’t even get that. Very disappointed with my purchase along with the 2nd mobile order I picked up, he said the same thing.

Also I ordered doritas gorita and didn’t get that dorita shell, I got a normal one. I was not told they were out of that either.

When I pulled up to the drive through I was very polite and asked for a moment to read the menu. The little lady on the Microphone Had a very rude tone to her voice. I figured maybe she was having a bad day. I used proper etiquette and said please and thank you when placing my order and confirming the price. When I pulled up to the drive through window And greeted her she didn’t say anything to me and wouldn’t even look at me. I asked her if she was okay because she didn’t say anything to me or look at me and she Gave me attitude. I told her I asked because she didn’t sound very happy and I was wondering if she was okay. She gave me the rude tone and told me not to judge a book by the cover. When she handed me the bag and I said thank you she wouldn’t even look at me. I’m appalled by the rude staff behavior I’m always cordial and polite and do not deserve to be treated like this. I will not be going to this Taco Bell again.

We went after a hockey game for a quick bite before hitting the road- the music was BLASTING (though it turned on the minute we walked in), service was terrible, and the staff would not do anything about turning the music down or off (even after politely requesting it). They almost completely ignored us as well. I will never go there again if I can help it.

It was busy when i arrived i expected it to take awhile to pick up the doordash orders. What i wasnt expecting was 2 of the employees to be moving at snails pace/standing the entire time. The woman who was working was amazing, running the whole show, she was communicating with people waiting in the lobby while making most of the food!

Very disappointed with my experience at this Taco Bell. When I tried to order a Quesorito, the staff repeatedly responded that all they had were hard and soft shell tacos—no explanation, no effort to help, just the same line over and over. This visit was 45 minutes before closing, yet the staff appeared to be shutting off lights and clearly rushing to close early.

The customer service was not friendly, and it’s frustrating that the full menu isn’t available during posted business hours. The menu should remain available until closing time. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue, and I’m always disappointed when I visit this location.

I was craving a late night baja blast, and so I live twenty minutes away.And I called first to make sure that they had it in stock.I called them and they said, yes.So I took my twenty minute drive there.I ordered my baja blast and some fries, and they gave me baja blast zero.I can tell they did this on purpose because when I went back in line and I told them that it was a zero and i heard someone in the background say “I told you”. They were a very nice and then offered to give me a different kind of soda to switch it. They even threw in a taco that I didn’t order for free to try to make up for it. At the end of the day, I would have preferred if they were just honest over the phone, so I didn’t have to take a twenty minute drive for them to not have what I wanted. 🙁
