order is sitting on the counter… But apparently it’s too late to go in and pick it up. Gonna make me get into the drive-through which is 20 cars deep rather than walk 10 feet to the counter to pick up the order. Mind you there are still customers inside sitting at tables.

Beautiful new building. But nobody at the cash register so everyone has to use the kiosk. The most complicated ordering process imaginable. Wanted to sit at a booth but the place was empty and old dirty alone clean. Seriously? I used to love Taco Bell.

Sorry, but this is as Taco Bell as it gets, in the bad way. Staff clearly don’t want to be there and exude annoyance, especially when you place somewhat larger orders. Typically you have to ask for a receipt or you won’t get one.

I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. I come here about once a month and always use the app and pick it up in the drive thru. They’ve never messed up my order despite me making modifications every time. They add plenty of hot sauce packets when requested. Workers are always friendly. My order is usually complete within a few minutes, even when they’re busy. Much better experiences here than the Iowa City location. For a Taco Bell, it’s definitely 5/5
