This place is just sad. Ordered a taco and a Mexican pizza and was very disappointed. Taco had hardly anything in it, I’ve had better tacos at Jack in the Box. The Mexican pizza was just thrown together with no care at all. Sauce and cheese on half of it and the other half mostly tortilla. Looked gross. Wont come back here again. Will go to one in Omaha next time.

Went through the drive through, 4 chalupa’s 2 drinks..33 dam dollars!! Pop was colored water, no flavor, 0 carbonation, and the chalupa’s were hard shoe leather! Couldn’t even bite through them, straight dam garbage!!!!! Never going back!

Waited in line for 30 minutes finally got to the drive-thru order board for the employee to tell me they were about out of food so they weren’t going to take anymore orders. Bad service on many levels. How’s about management ensuring enough food to run the business. But for any reason you have to close your doors early. How’s about shutting off your drive-thru lights.

Clearly the staff at 8pm on October 16th 2024 doesn’t know how to make a taco. There’s almost nothing in any of the 3 tacos I ordered. And based on the “I don’t want to be here” attitude of the person who took our order and our money, I don’t care to come back and have the order fixed.
She also gave me 3 tiny sauce packets and forgot to give us our drink, we had to ask for it before we left.
I get its fast food, but it should still be actual food.

So let me Get the straight, it’s 91°f and the air conditioner is broken and you won’t even let your employees have a fan or anything. Have a cold wet cloth on the back of your neck. Maybe the owner should come down here and work and see the conditions that he makes the employee’s work in. It’s a 110°f. Or so in there? They say? How is this ethical, I don’t understand how you even do this. No wonder you lose employees if this is who you are as a owner and manager of a business. Shame on you.

DO NOT GO HERE. Have this place another chance after they screwed up so many times, but this place needs to be completely restaffed or shut down. The workers are so lazy it is pathetic. I paid for the grilled cheese seasoned beef nacho fries and literally got a few pieces of fries, a few pieces of steak, and a few pieces of jalapeño. This is ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would. The inside is disgusting and health inspectors should be called. Laziness and incompetence is the core problem.
