You people have to understand that when some restaurants are short staffed or there’s new employees that they’re trying to train or you know just anything just put your feet into those shoes. It’s hard to work at a fast food place very hard. It’s fast pace and I just don’t see them being rude because I’m the number one customer I don’t see them being rude there. They are very nice and sweet all of them, even though managers they will take care of you as long as you have a receipt people that don’t have receipts. I don’t think they should be taken care of because they use fast food like that. Taco Bell I give them a 50 star they do the best they can. They’re way better than any other Taco Bell here in Council Bluffs. I just think you customers are trying to get one over on Taco Bell and I think it’s bullshit. you guys are disrespectful to the employees and stuff. That’s how you guys are. I used to work at a fast food place for years so I know both sides of the you know table and I know how people could be now if refuse to mess up maybe you should look at it before you leave instead of waiting until you get home or a day or week later, but I give the managers 10 stars cause they do the best they can and Me and my family and friends will always go to the Taco Bell’s on 28th and Broadway very good people. If you don’t like it go try out the other Taco Bell’s They are disgusting I mean disgusting but 28th and Broadway. Taco Bell is probably the best Taco Bell there is so please back off of my number one Taco Bell they never done me wrong. Yeah they might mess up on orders here and there, but who wouldn’t everybody makes mistakes so suck it up buttercup or go to another Taco Bell but this Taco Bell I rate a 10 and the managers I rate a 100 because they have to sit there and put up with people’s bullshit. I give Taco Bell all my respect and I even died in takeout and delivery and everything is fine. Love you Taco Bell. You have my blessing.

I had a delivery through doordash and it was missing some items, but even though I did go through doordash, I went to pick it up myself and they were very, very nice and took care of me even though they didn’t have to. I really appreciate that! Great job staff of Taco Bell on West Broadway in Council Bluffs!!

I placed my online delivery order at 4:54pm and according to the receipt attached to the bag, my order was ready for pickup at 5:01pm. I ordered 14 food items and everything was prepared in 6 minutes which would be amazing if staff prepared everything fresh but unfortunately, it was not fresh. The cheesy fiesta potatoes were so stale, it was like chewing leather. The Chalupa shell was so tough I couldn’t even bite it! I attempted to use a steak knife and ended up wrapping moist paper towels and microwaved it which really didn’t help. The cinnamon twists were so stale it was like chewing pork rinds. I messaged the store so hopefully I’ll hear back

So I came up to the register area where that keyhusk is at and there was a male manager home did not do a appropriate type of creating y bc he was like what are you here for like come on how rude do u have to be he was wearing appropriate uniform but a very light pants and he was white with a beard that is way past half a inch like closer to 1&1/2 to 2 inch bead and glasses but that was surprising how rude that was also I’m told the workers name is zander I will also be filling a report with corporate bc of how uncalled for that was

Horrible expricne due to first that they messed up my order and the old lady in the drive through order wrong after I told her 3 times I want a 3 cheese chicken flat bread melt x3 but substitute the flat bread for soft shell tortilla she ignored my request and placed the order I go in to get it replaced they make soft shell tacos instead had to go back in a second time I request for the fat shift manager was polite but said they don’t take back food already given to the customer yet they took the 3 original flatbread 3 cheese Chicken melts then the the manager made me taco with cold cheese I said 3 cheese chicken melt even if you forget the chicken why isn’t the cheese melted he should of ask for the recipient but they took my food from me before I they gave me the other food and after they messed it up a second time the manager refused me any further service and said I need to call thier dm if I want anymore service honestly it was handled poorly I didn’t even have my receipt due to them taking the fist bag of food yet the manager says they do not take back food but they took back the original bag of 3 cheese chicken melts I had I just wanted my food made right. And I didn’t even get a refund the manager refused

This lady was completely rude and literally stood there just like this the entire time. Acting as if it was an inconvenience to help a customer bc it came in as a drive thru and not in store pick up. Mind you this order was placed online before even heading to the store. Must be nice to still get a paycheck by standing around and being inconvenienced by your job. Taco Bell please do better. These employees are the ones representing your store. Been waiting for over 10 mins on the order and still waiting. This is Taco Bell on 28th and Broadway in Council Bluffs Iowa. Anybody know her???? She needs lessons in proper customer service.

I rarely rate fast food experiences, but my visit to Taco Bell on West Broadway was particularly unimpressive. The crew’s performance was poor, as it took over 40 minutes for my order of just four items. The lobby and drive-thru were crowded, and the dishwasher was heard yelling at the line staff. To top it off, my order was incorrect, but I didn’t bother to have it fixed due to the overall inefficiency displayed by the team.

My tacos are barley filled I get more lettuce and cheese than meat I payed for an extra nacho fry and they were cold had to put them in my air fryer just to eat them you should really fill the meat more than anything with the prices your charging also, please stop with the AI generated ordering they always hear wrong or get something wrong and then a human has to step in anyway, you get paid to take orders and make food so just take my order
