My family and I ordered doordash yestersay. We did not receive our 3 sides of nacho chips, we got the cheese…no chips. Called, the manager got on the phone and was completely rude! Her response “I know there was 3 nachos in there, I’m the one that did the order” well there wasn’t. Then to top it off i also ordered a steak Chalupa, opened it up absolutely no steak in there. In fact, there was no meat. It had beans, rice, lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. I couldn’t believe it!

The lady working in the drive through Friday night was so nice and very friendly! We did have to wait a little bit for our food, but she made the wait well worth it! Very good service!!

I went through the drive through around 8pm for fresh nacho fries and they still decided to be lazy and cheap me out on old fries. i tried calling the store and it said they were closed when i’ve been there way later. You chose the job so do your job.

Driving through Spencer stopped at Taco Bell. The tacos were really good nice and hot had a lot of flavor and was packed with an ingredients . The only thing that I did not care for was the cinnamon twist .they was literally no cinnamon on them other than that everything else was good

Have always enjoyed the food, and i understand we tend to get a big order, but whenever we try something new, (new to the menu or new to us) it always always either gets messed up or forgotten; like today. The flammin hot burrito completly forgotten, but we got a random thing of chips… Which means about $3 to $6 wasted whenever we try something new. That adds up.

I gave the food 5 stars because my daughter was the only one to eat, and she loves cheese roll-ups. Service was fast; I went through the drive-through and can’t say anything about the service inside. Also, the reason I gave atmosphere three stars is because it’s considered neutral.
