The staff loves to play around instead of clean when not making food. The restrooms are disgusting and they one evening we went there were several workers just visiting outside then they would go in if there was a customer which wouldn’t be so bad if it was clean inside.

The people working the night shift clearly don’t care to work here…. They have snarky attitudes and are clearly talking about customers right in front of them, someone has there girlfriend and 2 toddlers there running around barefoot and dirty, they overcook chalupa shells, and barely put any meat on them for $6 per chalupa that’s insane. I won’t go back unless I see this location shutdown and reopened. It’s disgusting!

I swear to God it’s 50/50 with this place. Just ordered a f***ing steak quesadilla from here and the picture explains the first bite I would have taken… Customer service is always nice though I’m sure they would have made me a better quesadilla had I shown it to them.

The employee was rude. They didn’t give me all of my food. I had to sit at the window with not a person in sight. So I ending up calling the store to tell them I was still at the window missing food. Took an additional 4 minutes to get the rest as the entire time the store is empty and the only car in the parking lot was someone visiting an employee. The chicken was cold and couldn’t cook my quesadilla long enough to melt the cheese. Terrible service!

Watch out they stole my debit card Zero stars because this business is atrocious and ridiculous to be honest, have not eaten here very many times, but the one time I have eaten there, On top of their being hair in our food that we got, they took my debit card never gave it back to me, and then when I called them about it, The manager, Ashley lied to me about it told me I could come pick it up before 2 o’clock and then when I got there to pick up my debit card, they told me the safe was locked and that they had told me that in the first place which they said nothing about that and effectively stole my debit card and have it locked in a safe and will not give it back to me now I don’t know if that sketches anybody else out or seems odd as to why a Taco Bell employee would take your debit card and then not give it back to you when you come to pick it up but super unprofessional and I am furious

Pellas Taco Bell is probably the worst out of all of the other locations I’ve had. Whenever I order from here (which is rare), I get something new and I’m always disappointed. The hard shell tacos are stale 99% of the time, the power bowl looked and tasted disgusting (the lettuce was brown and the chicken was questionable), the chalupas are hard and barely edible, the service isnt great as they don’t give you everything you order most of the time (wether they forget or don’t bother, I have no idea). I don’t like to be a Karen, but it’s bad when it’s consistently awful service and food.
