Not placing blame nor responsibility on staff. Staff on shift were moving doing what they seemingly were trained to do. If this is the case, then the system is failing / has failed. On average, including ours, five orders taking 36 minutes to be out – this includes delivery, carry out, and dine-in.
Sad and disappointing.
Unfortunately, this is our third experience with Taco Bell with same results. Thus, leading us to the conclusion that it is not the staff – it is the system.
This is our first post, but rest assured, it comes representing MANY unsatisfied quiet voices.

SATURDAY used the Taco Bell app to go through drive thru. Pulled up to window at 7:05 pm. Received my FOOD AT 7: 37PM. Thats correct, waited 32 minutes for 2 Crispy Tacos. 3 customers inside. Not sure why, but WOW!! Why have an App To save time when you cant get the food out!!!

My daughters thoroughly enjoy Taco Bell. I don’t entirely understand the draw, but I enjoyed my dinner and also enjoyed making my daughters happy with this treat. I thought the price was a little on the expensive side, but I could have easily ordered off the value menu, so that was my fault. The food was good. Customer service was friendly and professional. The store seemed clean. I recommend Taco Bell on Oralabor.

Hello,
I am writing to request a refund for an in-store order I placed at a Taco Bell location on New Year’s Day.
I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme with a drink, but I never received the drink. After waiting about an hour, I went to the front counter to ask about the status of my order and the expected wait time. I was told that drive-thru orders were being prioritized and that in-store orders would take approximately two hours to complete. At that point, I was also informed that the store would be closing in two hours.
Given the extremely long wait time and the fact that part of my order was never provided, I requested a refund and left the store.
This experience was very frustrating, especially since I was not informed ahead of time about the delay or the policy prioritizing drive-thru orders. I am requesting a full refund for my order.

Tried using the Taco Bell app to place an order ahead. Although my card was charged (pending), the taco bell app said that something went wrong and the order was never submitted. We went to the drive thru window to see if the order was truly received, and to explain our situation. The team member at the window was extremely understanding and walked us through some solutions to the issue, when the order didnt show on their end. I tried to order a 2nd time in the parking lot on the app and the problem happened a second time. We went in to explain our situation, and the manager that was in tonight simply had us order at the counter and she rang up our order for free. Whether my card is actually charged in the end or not, the service we received tonight was great, and I am thankful for their patience and understanding of my situation!!

Ordered delivery— took nearly 10min longer than told so of course it was even colder. Ordered (and paid for) extra chicken on an item. Wasn’t done. Ordered no pico on an item. It had what appeared to be extra. Ordered extra beef on an item. It had less than it normally it does. What a total ripoff all the way around. Very disappointed— 100% not satisfied.

Bad late night experience at this Taco Bell. Practically felt threatened by one of the employees after they forgot to give me a drink, and I wanted to verify I had the correct drink. Don’t think I’ll do business with them again.

Don’t bother this place, they do not want your business. Please go to the Taco Bell north on Ankeny Blvd. where you’ll receive better service and a better Taco Bell quality food.

Every time I come here past 4pm I always get abused food thrown haphazardly into the paper sack with no particular order or concern for any hardshells that I may have ordered, additionally the food is rarely wrapped in any containing manner. Honestly, I’m tired of getting meals or food for free when it should have just been done correctly the first time. I have 20-30 single taco coupons in my truck that I haven’t used (1 per visit) because I refuse to go here that often. I would choose somewhere else but I work late, it’s the only place open and some days I get just several hours between shifts. Do your cooks understand that they’re in the grind just like us, they’re customers? Please advertise when we should NOT come here so that we can get better food and they’ll have less to make.
Andrew (the manager) I know you, or someone else sees these! Stop putting a band-aid on it and start getting rid of the bad eggs! Pictures are of a burrito Supreme pulled from the bag as is, and potatoes with very little cheese. Unpictured are 3 flattened Doritos locos tacos. $18 and some change.

I won’t be going back . The place was nasty . The floor looked like it hasn’t been mopped In days the tables are all filthy, dirty. Trash all over the place . Behind the counter was just as bad . Windows look they not been clean in forever. My taco was crushed when I got it. When I was leaving there was no one around . When I went outside all employees was out in one car . I don’t know what they was doing . This was my 1st time at this taco bell and my last. Only thing good was my soda
