There were 8 cars in drive thru so we went inside. Boy standing around not helping ring anyone up. We had to use computer thing..then we waited like the other 7 dif families. People started complaining n asking for their money back but the manager said that they would have to wait until she wasn’t busy to get a refund they were short-staffed somebody called off so the manager was doing dishes ( because the boy refused to do the dishes ) manager helping with the drive-thru too. They had only three workers working and the one guy standing around who didnt want to do the dishes and didn’t want to take anybody’s order.. after waiting 25 minutes for our order we found out they never had it because when you use the computer you have to pay cash first then they make your order, maybe the boy standing nx to counter two feet away should have said that.. but nope n we didn’t know. So we waited another 20 mins for our food. Nice lady gav us coupon for free tacos for inconvenience n apologies for boy not helping. We almost missed the deadline for our canoe trip

Taco bell isn’t what it used to be. Service is an unknown concept. I pay way to much to be treated like a bother. I went to the Wendy’s next door and wasn’t treated rudely or made to use an instore kiosk. If I wanted to order digitally, I’d have done so. I’m about to stop frequenting this establishment and I’m gonna tell everyone I know about this nonsense.

The last couple of times we went here we had to wait a very long time for our food. The last time we were there we waited in the drive through line for over 20 minutes barely moving. One of the employees came out the back of the building and apologized for the wait, saying they are short staffed. Hopefully the management can get it figured out because it’s getting worse faster than it’s getting better.

Generic Taco Bell. Clean. Not a long wait later Friday evening. Taco Bell prices and food are the draw. Two kids and two adults satisfied our hunger (not very great hunger, admittedly) for less than eight dollars. Great.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever stopped at, also the only Taco Bell I’ve encountered to close down while there’s one last car in the line and at 11:59 to top it off when the place doesn’t close until 12. I literally watched the 2 people ahead of me order and get there food I however was turned away and was told they were closed when she knew exactly what she was doing, the girl works night but is to dang lazy to take orders at 11:59 bc she’s so exited to get out and go home. I found it extremely lazy and unprofessional, I even asked for her name so I can report it to the boss and she told me she didn’t have to give me her name, well how do I make a complaint than, pretty sure the girl doesn’t even know there own policy and what her job expectations really are yet she’s probably in there crying for a raise at the end of the day, no thanks. Blond hair, black glasses and tattoos up her right forearm, shouldn’t be hard to spot her lazy self out. She’s better fired than she ever was hired and that’s the truth, tells me you guys can’t get food business in there. And McDonald’s is no better, they closed at 11:50 last night, 10 minutes early, I love how ever since Covid these establishments do whatever they want and could care less about customers. I sat in line for almost 10 minutes just to be turned down and the only one not to be surved. I could understand if there was a line of cars, but I was the “last” car. I’ll be calling corporate.
