Afternoon shift is ridiculous. Walked in, asked front counter guy to take our order, he states, “I’m sorry we’re short on workers it’s kiosk only”. Okay. Other than exchanging cash with one customer this guy just stands around up at the counter doing absolutely NOTHING but holding up the wall. Seriously, no joke. Bathrooms have urine all over the floor, especially in the men’s bathroom per one of my sons. So I guess getting paid to stand around is the new norm, right? Won’t be coming back to this location anymore. This has happened on multiple occasions at this location, i think management needs to step in at this point.

I just handed the man my cash and he grabbed it with gloves on, gave me some coins back, and then turned around to the kitchen and started rolling burritos with the same exact gloves on. Immediately lost my appetite. I just want management to be aware maybe somebody needs a lesson in cross contamination and basic hygiene.

Ordered a twelve taco pack. Half soft tacos and half hard shell. Every one of the hard shells were broke in half and the meat was cold. Seemed like the had been made up ahead of time. Calling them hardshell isn’t actually the word I would use. The grease had soaked thru the shell so it basically just fell apart. We will never go back. The cost of 24 dollars for 12 tacos is not worth it when you get poorly made food.

No one would come take our order, I got a Mexican pizza, half of it didn’t have meat on it, way to many beans & it was a mess, just nasty, my husband said, his was gross too! I will remember next time we travel thru to never stop there again!

9/13/19: ALL THE MEAT IN THE TACOS IS COLD. DISGUSTING.
Great Customer Service by the very nice girl at the window that fed our sauce addiction.(she is the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars!!) 10+ min wait in drive threw at 330 in the afternoon from order to food. The food is not worth it. My “beefy 5 layer” is flat! I took 2 bites out of it. Not much lettuce in our crunchy taco’s which we got a 12 pack and paid $15 for I expect lettuce.

This Taco Bell has always been clean and the staff are helpful and kind. Cleanest fast food bathroom every time we stop.
