I ordered 2 cheesy rollups with chipotle, got no sauce and my cheese was cold and not melted. Ordered gordita crunch and same thing cold and not melted. Also the staff seem incredibly rude, nobody smiles, and everyone has a bad attitude.
Plus I was told they won’t remake because to them they did it “right”. Come on down better.

I come here almost every day for lunch, and I am always treated with the best service from staff and management! The food is great with her being so many options. I find myself coming back all the time. I also love to bring my daughter when it’s my day off and The lobby is always clean and the people are always friendly! Thank you, Taco Bell in Cheboygan For being my favorite lunch spot!

Won’t be going here anymore. The last two times I’ve ordered a breakfast crunch wrap, it’s been cold and hard.

**Update**
Against my better judgment I went back to this taco bell and once again was very disappointed. I ordered a crispy chicken taco and what I received was not what was pictured on the drive thru menu (see photos). When the cashier handed me my bag it felt way too light for what I ordered so I opened the bag and it is indeed not what I had ordered and I told her that and she had the audacity to argue with me that it’s the only taco they have… Is that so?! Then why is the taco pictured on the menu full of different ingredients and the only thing that is on my taco is chicken, cheese and sauce? No to mention I said a soft shell with crispy chicken and the shell was hard. The incompetence at this store amazes me.

The Cheboygan Taco Bell is the second worst taco bell I have been to. Every time I order they get something wrong. There has not been one perfect order. The food is messy and not prepared good. This store has to get their act together or i can see the store closing. If you order though the app and get doordash to deliver it, if taco bell messes up on your order and you are missing stuff, they will just tell you to contact doordash. Like why they messed up not doordash.

Literally threw out my entire order. I ordered two cheesy rollups, add beef. Picture attached of what I got. A cold tortilla with sprinkled (not melted) cheese, no beef. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and tried two bites before throwing it out. It was the worst I’ve ever had. Total waste of money. Should have read the reviews before I went because it seems everyone has horrible experiences here.

I ordered a Nacho BellGrande, and they were out of nacho cheese. Fair enough, things run out. But when I asked for shredded cheese instead, I was told that would be an extra $0.55—despite paying full price for nachos with no cheese. So, let me get this straight: I’m supposed to pay more for less? Make it make sense. Terrible customer service and a frustrating experience.

Service is always good as far as friendliness goes, but they ALWAYS mess something up with my order. They’ll charge me for steak and then it’s all beef. By the time I realize it’s too late, and it’s disappointing. I guess I’ll have to start checking every time I go there from now on…

Short story: Horrible food, questionable service. DON’T recommend this Taco Bell.

Long story: I went through the drive-thru on a Thursday afternoon about 4: 20pm. There were no other vehicles in front of me. I ordered the combo #3 which was for a burrito supreme, a crunchy taco supreme and a pop. The service was pretty quick and more or less friendly.

She handed me my bag of food and said thanks for your order and because my mind was on getting home, I didn’t realize she hadn’t given me my pop. It wasn’t until I was halfway home and I went to take a sip I realized I didn’t have my pop. I went back to the restaurant with only one vehicle in front of me. When she asked me for my order I told her I had just been there and that I had not received my pop and because I had turned around and came back, my food was now lukewarm. She said she would have her manager talk to me at the window. Hmmm. Instead of simply saying, “I’m sorry we forgot to give that to you, please come to the window and we will give you your pop”, her manager was going to talk to me, which by the way, no manager spoke to me.

When I got to the window I again indicated that I had just been there, showed her the bag, told her the food was now lukewarm and told her that I hadn’t received the pop that came with the combo. Honestly, it was like I got a blank stare. Then she just grabbed a cup, put some ice in it and then put in the root beer and handed it to me.

It would have been nice if they had replaced the burrito and the taco so that they would have been warm, but they didn’t.

As far as the taste of the food, it was horrible. This is the worst burrito supreme I have ever gotten from Taco Bell. It was supposed to have sour cream on it but I didn’t see any; there was sour cream on the taco supreme. By the time I got home, the food was cold. I took a couple bites of each and then threw it away because it just tasted nasty.

I usually love Taco Bell and was so thrilled to see that we were having a Taco Bell back in Cheboygan. But it’ll be a long time before I go back to this one. I wouldn’t recommend the food and I don’t think the service was the best either.

Just want to mention in case these restaurants are owned by the same person or company, about 3 weeks ago I had stopped at Kentucky Fried Chicken (located in same bldg as TB) and had gotten a combo meal. I didn’t realize until I got home that they had not given me my pop that came with the combo meal. It wasn’t worth the trip back to get it but I have to wonder if this is a tactic to save money. How many people have been short-changed on their pop and they don’t realize it until it’s too late and they just say forget it?

Skip Taco Bell and go hit one of the other local restaurants.
