I never leave reviews and understand how sucky it is to work at a fast food restaurant but I feel compelled to warn people to not visit this Taco Bell. Many of the employees are super sketchy and all of the men I’ve encountered there act very annoyed and rude, and some of them seem like they are high (and not just on weed). I can handle their super long wait times and how they inevitably make a mistake with every order, but the employees are genuinely so sketchy and unpleasant that I never want to come back. After my last visit, I am done eating here because I simply don’t trust them to make food safely at this point.

Tried to order late at night at 11:30. Asked for a taco meal. Was told “absolutely not”. Then I saw the order on the screen. I put it off as a joke, right? Then I asked for the taco in a soft shell and was told, “Absolutely not, you think this is Burger King and you can have everything your way?”. I ended up leaving. Out from work late, tired, and wanted a quick bite. Apparently this isn’t the place to order food from anymore on this side of town.

We have been in line for 10 minutes waiting for TWO cars to go through! Unless they have one freaking person working this is RIDICULOUS! I will not be coming back here again. Their drive-thru is a single lane surrounded by a hill do you cant even leave after you order and find out its a half hour to get a taco

Ok, this is going to be a little long. I’m not usually the type of person to ever leave a review or have bad customer service bother me. But tonight my boyfriend and I decided let’s get taco bell and watch the game. We leave the house at 8:06pm, we get to Taco Bell about 8:12. Immediately, we end up waiting 15 minutes to order in the drive -thru, which is expected, and there were only about 6 cars including two behind me that hadn’t ordered yet. As soon as I’m able to order, the male employee won’t let me speak or even order food, just keeps saying anything else, is that it, is that all. After every item I said. You could just tell he was annoyed with us ordering. I continue away and try to ask if they have nachos fries, as I saw them available to order online two days prior. Before I can even finish asking, he yells no. At this point I’m fed up with being rushed and with the way he’s talking to me. After we order we wait for another 30 minutes just to move up one car space. Finally we make it to the window to get our food, you can hear one of the employees say he wasn’t a reliable employee and doesn’t care if he gets fired. We wait for another 7 minutes for the rude employee to come take our money, I’m paying with Apple Pay, as he goes to slam the window closed, it doesn’t work, so he flings open the window and says try again while flinging the card reader out at me, in the most disrespectful, condescending manner. I was shocked. He then goes to hand me our drinks, he does it so aggressively, I nearly spill the drinks on me. And after that I started talking about him to my boyfriend, pretty much ranting about how this was ridiculous. And this is the worst I’ve ever been treated in a drive-thru. As we’re still waiting, another employee comes to the window and apologizes for the wait and says there will be an extra free burrito in the bag. I’m thankful as this is finally someone being nice. He also asked about the lions game and tried to lighten the mood, as you could just tell he was embarrassed by the way the other employee was acting. Although that employee was nice, we paid $40 and ended up with up $15 worth of food. We got nothing we ordered.

I’m convinced the people leaving positive reviews for this place have never been to any other chain in their lives. Went today and was told at the speaker that there was no sour cream, lettuce, Baja blast, or nacho fries. This is not a new thing, have been there many of times before with the same results. Or course by then it’s too late thanks to the genius who designed the drive through. Decided to get the DLT without sour cream or lettuce since I’m trapped and might as well get something for my time waiting. 20 minutes later when they finally get to me in the window they hand me my food, shockingly it’s the wrong order. Just clean house, and bulldoze that location please.

3 different people walk in at the same time at 7pm and an employee comes up to the counter and says Sorry, the lobby is closed. The door wasn’t locked and no sign indicating that the lobby was closed. So we go to the drive thru. I order a soft taco, the employee says We can’t do them right now. I asked why, so I know what to order then. He says we can do Crunchy or burritos. So I settle on a burrito. My husband asks for Street Chalupas, he asks how many. My husband says the menu right here says they come 2 to an order. He says OH we dont make them anymore. Then take it off your signage and menu!! At that point I would have just left but we were trapped in the drive thru with several cars behind us and no way out. Such a bad experience. We won’t be back.

I usually visit their other location, but we were closer to this location today and let me just say, we’ll never make that mistake again. They rushed us while we ordered, which is fine. Ignorable. Then as we pulled up they clarified our order, shut the window, and ranted about how they hate vegetarian customers. Honestly, didn’t care too much, but then we got home and realized they forgot part of our order. Really uncool. It’s fine to be annoyed about customers, I get it, but at least do your job right lmfao.
