My oldest just got off of work and went to Taco Bell.
The door is open, they are open for several more hours, but the lady inside tells my oldest that they are (get this!) – ONLY ALLOWING DOOR DASH ORDERS both inside and via the drive through.

Note that we go to this specific Taco Bell ALL the time. At least once every couple of weeks with an order for 7 people. That’s in addition to the few times we get breakfast just a couple of us.
They are decent food wise but they are typically always slow getting orders done even when there are just two of us.
We don’t ever create an issue because we’re nice people, we have a big family and thus big orders and it takes time when also dealing with drive through and other customers. In the mornings they maybe need a little “get up and go themselves” you know – but this?

First of all, only accepting DoorDash orders during normal business hours for any length of time would be ridiculously unethical – but to lie about it when its clear that others are putting through orders in the drive through that are not DD related, is beyond asinine.

I don’t know if the person inside just didn’t want to do her job tonight or if she has some sort of DoorDash side hustle arrangement going on or what, but this is unacceptable and we will certainly be thinking more than twice before going there again.
Slowness we can understand but that sort of nonsense is just not able to be overlooked.

Hit or miss.

Sometimes this Taco Bell delivers solid food, but once they royally messed up my online order, and other times they incessantly try to upsell me drinks.

I AM DONE WITH MY ORDER, I DO NOT WANT DRINKS STOP ARGUING WITH ME OR WE CAN MAKE THIS A 1 STAR REVIEW.

Another RAVISHING evening at Taco Bell. With deliciously yummy and speedy food, I twas in awe of the Bells specticle. I was enthralled by the perfectly constructed soft tacos. The stage was set, delicious tacos? Check. Cleanliness? Check. Great music? Check. I was blessed with the voice of Billie Joe Armstrong throughout my meal. With such a great time I shall be returning FORTHWITH with haste.

Can’t imagine getting rid of the most ordered combo because you’re too lazy to make it, rip this location.

BRING BACK THE BYO CRAVINGS BOX or I’m just not coming back, you overcharge for everything (which is probably why you cancelled it, because it’s an ACTUAL GOOD DEAL)

Three days ago I was given the wrong order so I called and called and there was no answer. Came in about 645 today to get the order replaced. They said sorry they got busy so they didn’t get to answer the phone. There were 6 19 year olds standing around and didn’t seem to know what they are doing. Just for grins I called and heard the phone ring 8 times and nobody lifted a finger to answer it.

Tracy the manager who works there, is not competent, she blatantly refused to help my wife who was under a lot of pressure to get confirmation she no longer worked there, and acts big and bad for a crappy manager and an even crappier human.

She abuses employees and yells at them nonstop, she is a big headed rude snarky woman who can’t even manage herself and shouldn’t be in charge of anything else let alone a restaurant.

I hope making people upset is a wonderfully fulfilling hobby Tracy because that’s what you do.

I usually don’t have any issues with this taco bell. But tonight (9-12-25) I ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla and it wanted even cooked or cut into triangles like it usually comes. The cheese was not melted at all and it looks like they didn’t even put it in the grill press.

I placed an order as soon as I walked in the door and waiting 15 minutes before I had to go to the counter to find out that my order was “misplaced”. I was late for my next stop and no apologies were offered. Disappointing.
