10000/10. I am a wedding coordinator who picked up a very large late night snack from this location and they were so great! Most Taco Bell’s that I have picked up late night snacks from have not been so thrilled about such large orders. Not only were they super accommodating to do an order of 100+ tacos but everything was ready right on time and the 4 men on shift working helped me get everything in my car. I don’t know their names, but they were so kind and I wanted to give them the props they deserve!!!!!

Staff is a bit sketchy, I’ve heard some yelling between employees and passive aggressive comments about customers. It also tends to be a long wait at this location. My group of 4 had to wait about 50 minutes for our food. The food is decent though.

Kids asked for tacos no lettuce. Not trying to game the system to get more meat and cheese, just asking for realistic portions w no lettuce. When the 9 year old says “dad, there’s hardly anything in this, you’re getting ripped off” you know you are. I asked them to remake them. They said no, and that they have portion scoops and won’t give more. I took photos and asked for a refund. They said fine until they realized we paid cash and didn’t know how to make change. So they asked if they could remake them, which is what we wanted. Took them at least 10 minutes to figure out what to do and how to respond, as if we were the first order they had returned. They were pretty stuck up about it and not helpful. Taco Bell is definitely on the low end, but this is the worst I’ve been to.

Don’t order at this Taco Bell they give very small portions and always forget something in the order, I’ve been going here occasionally for years as i live so close, lately they’ve been cutting down on portions a crazy amount, I ordered steak street tacos, there was 2 slices of steak on each taco, other times I’ve been here I’ll order a normal menu item, there will be very little ground beef, sometimes so little that it isn’t noticeable with the other ingredients. If you’re going to go Taco Bell go to the one on Waverly, they are very good, friendly and give normal sized portions, these workers acting like these portions are coming out of their paycheck.

My food was old and nasty. The flower tortillas was hard, the meat was cold. Clearly I was given some food that had been sitting and not freshly made.
This happens frequently at this location on the night shift with these same people.
So going forward I’ll just drive right buy and spend my money somewhere else.

Love this place. Come at least once a week and everyone who works there is so nice. The food is BUS. The only thing is sometimes there is a very long line but ik they cant do anything about that and the food being so good makes it worth it.
