I’m super disappointed because I haven’t been to Taco Bell in a long time because I’d rather go to Qdoba especially for the prices when it is getting pretty pricey to eat at Taco Bell anymore. I decided to get dinner there tonight and I got a grilled cheese beef burrito and it’s really disappointing that I spent $6 on a burrito that’s barely even filled with anything. You can see layers of tortilla shell more than you can the beef and there’s hardly any rice. It’s kind of just a disappointment. I don’t know what’s going on with the town of Big rapids, but it just doesn’t seem like any of the fast food places hit as good as the other small town places. My husband got a beef quesarito and he said that one side of the burrito was all cheese and meat and the other bottom half was all rice. I get nobody wants to really work in fast food but it’s just a big disappointment when stuff is made this way.

WAY better than the Taco Bell in Newaygo. If I order big I always park, check, and count my order as I live out of town. I’d rather get my order fixed while I’m there than be mad when I get home. It’s pretty rare for my orders to get messed up or for the food to taste bad. If it tastes off I either order way too late at night or am at the wrong location.

My husband went through drive through and ordered 2 party packs when he got home our order must of gotten mixed up with someone else’s or something and we live 35 minutes away so it’s not like we are going to drive all the way back we just threw it away so I tryed calling and it just kept beeping so I called today the phone call came through told this lady the issue with our order she cut me off very quickly ignorant like and told me if we ate it she not making it and hung up on me so I called back and asked for her name because I was reporting her and she says okay that’s fine my name is Nicole she needs more customer service training because that was the most disrespectful and worst customer experience I ever dealt with in my whole life I asked for no tomatoes on one party pack and no Lettuce on the other party pack and mind you I was very respectful and very nice through the whole thing do better taco bell

Hair found in my beefy 5 layer Burrito. Also this doesn’t look like a 5 layer Burrito too. I also asked for grilled and as you can see in this photo it isn’t grilled. Food took 20+ mins to get out. Very limited sauces available. Didnt give me my drink cup had to wait for someone to come to the front.

Every time I go to this store we always come out with something missing. I really do appreciate them trying their best but it’s been three times now. This time I asked them to double check and they said I had everything. When the dasher got here it looked as though we finally did have everything. I was very excited as the last few times we were missing half our order. This time I was only missing a chalupa. Which is not a big deal but it is still money we spent. I’m a poor college student and having to call door dash every time for a refund is annoying to say the least. Please visit inside the store if you want all of the food you ordered.

did a fantastic job at getting everything in the order wrong, and didn’t give us the whole order. when i brought it to their attention i got an eye roll. if yall put the boxes in a box instead of everything in a bag you would have known why was missing. idk why i keep going back there definitely not worth the money. best part of the meal was the drink i made myself lol. the 5 layer burrito had beef and that’s it. i kid you not no cheese no refried beans i added black beans and revived 3 beans. i paid .60 for 3 beans.. live laugh love i suppose

This taco bell has really gone down hill. I stopped going for awhile but decided to try again tonight and it will be the last time. How do you put less toppings on a $6 menu item then you do on a value menu item? My meat on my pizza was 1small scoop and didn’t cover the whole thing. Always my go to fast food place. Always delicious. Its my 91 year old father’s favorite place as well. Bummer they removed human interaction with self order kiosks. Technology is moving us farther away from community and personal interactions.
