Great experience at the Taco Bell in Stevensville, Michigan! I was very excited to try this place, but everything seemed, okay. The restaurant appears to still be in the new phase, but lack enthusiasm. Hoping to try another time!
The food was okay. There was a prettyong wait, and the nachos were okay. Waited an additional five minutes for a drink.
The service was okay. Tension seemed high amongst staff, but there were great some great staff members. Overall, okay service.
The atmosphere was okay. Neat restaurant, but appeared stale.

I came here after a long day of working at Dominos and the two men that worked there were very nice and I enjoyed a conversation with them before I got my food. I’ve never had a bad experience at the Taco Bell. Can’t wait to go back and see those friendly workers

I was having a very average day. Nothing special was going on, my favorite basketball team got win and I decided to celebrate by going to Taco Bell to get my favorite crunch wrap supreme. While I was there, I stubbed my toe on my car and was in a lot of pain. As I’m getting my food, Damneana and Hanna treated me so well. We made small talk for a little bit and their insights in the conversation were incredible. I got my food and they told me to have a good night in the sweetest way I’ve ever heard. 10 out of 10 service tonight I cannot thank them enough.

My daughter chose this place for our date night dinner and we were greeted with such an upbeat, warm welcome when we walked in! The staff was very kind and helpful as we tried to order on the touch screens to get exactly what we wanted. The restaurant was clean and very nice to sit at to talk;) I was very impressed with everyone there and encourage everyone to try it this location!

Came in while it’s super Smokey and something was burning. We ordered and had to wait like more than 45 minutes for one burritos and when we got our food it wasn’t even made with love. Hardly anything was put in it and taste like my 1 year old son made it. It was my friends birthday and we were running outside to give him his birthday spankings. Like live a little. One of the workers came out and yelled at us calling us immature. Well sorry we have life in us and you made us wait so long we might’ve started goofing off. Would not recommend. Yeesh

Great food but countless problems . Phone don’t work goes to voicemail. Workers stand outside an tell you “no ordering” at 9pm not offering substitute. Not closing even though they’re open until 1am. First week of opening I order breakfast at 9:56am with the receipt a when I arrive it’s past 10am manager claims “sorry breakfast is over” that’s not my problem .. I ordered before the time was up just give me my food you know? No. They made me come back a different day even though the email says before time claims “we don’t get orders until you pull up” more excuses

Not open at the hours they have up. Some of the workers are quite rude. They have been consistently forgetting items or making them wrong. I have been coming a lot with hopes that it was due to it being a new store but it’s seeming to get worse.
Update after trying to come again the next day: woman with ghost dog from nightmare before Christmas movie is very rude and lied saying “we don’t put orders up there anymore(the grab and go shelf for mobile orders)” after I watched her put an order up there not 5 minutes before. She was also rude to a door dasher behind me, too.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food in general. I waited almost 40 mins-1 hour for my order which is absurd??? And when I got a chance to order the white lady that was an employee was super rude for some reason. I’ll take my money to another Taco Bell that’s further or even Burger King that’s right next door tbh. For a new opening this is very bad for business lol!!!

The big old white lady was rude going to the drive through. Was excited to get Taco Bell and now I might drive further to get better service. Sucks since I only live within half a mile. She needs to find something else, this isn’t the job for her.
