Spent 32 minutes waiting on the inside for food with no one ahead of me, while on the outside over 20 cars were served after I placed the order. I was told that the priority goes to the customers outside for the speed score, and basically that people on the inside ordering are not important to be served in a timely manner at the cost of the speed score. My recommendation is to never go inside the Watervliet Taco bell, or order carry out from it. You will be better to take the time and go through the drive thru, at least you will be recieve your food in a timely manner because your treated as a speed score.

Terrible place, placed a order online around 11 pm worth around 45 dollars to feed me and my family when I got there they informed me they couldn’t do 3 of the things I ordered and instead of refunding it or taking any action they said it was “my problem”. Terrible customer service the girl with brown hair at window had her hair all over my bag of food and drinks and was very rude to my mother whom was driving. Will definitely not be spending my money here ever again.

Had to get beef after being told they ran out of chicken. Order was still wrong and they gave me an extra taco. Beef was scolding hot and tasted like water. Threw away $20 of food in fear of getting sick. Normally a very reliable tacobell, just not during the night shift

Always double check your order before leaving because they have never gotten mine quite right. I have an allergy and always have to modify my order but something goes wrong literally every time (e.g. they omit the wrong ingredient or forget the sauce packets, etc.) I would stop going back but I live close and they are the only place open so late.

I, personally, love this Taco Bell. The staff are amazing and they are very attentive with orders and even ordering trends! I work locally and this is my absolute favorite go-to for a quick meal.

These people are rude and have no customer service skills. No one inside no one i drive thru made me go all the way around drive thru due to failure of stopping at speaker. Submitted order 20 min prolior and hadn’t even started order. Austin the manager was extremely rude and poor customer service. We will never recommend this place. Can’t get service inside so we do a mobile or and even worse service.
