Taco Bell is okay when you need something quick and cheap. The food tastes about how you’d expect not amazing, but it gets the job done when you’re craving something fast. The menu has a lot of options, which is nice, and it’s usually pretty affordable. That said, the experience can be hit or miss. Sometimes the order isn’t made exactly right and the wait can be longer than expected depending on how busy they are. Overall it’s decent for a quick bite, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Well food was not prepared properly. You can see from the picture that I have attached. Bean burrito was. Kt made properly. Beans were comjng out of everywhere. They were busy so I could not even tell anybody.

The service was really slow. We eat at Taco Bell often and normally it only takes about 5 minutes to get the food. It took 20 minutes to get our food. We order quesadillas with extra steak and they had very little steak. I do not recommend this location.

Extremely rude staff. I was just there and was completely rushed while ordering. I couldn’t finish a sentence without being interrupted and I got told to pull around and I didn’t understand. She shut the window on me and proceeded to be rude after re opening it to tell me to move again but this time said it extreamly rude

Nice taco Bell, stop here often in my travels. Clean bathrooms make it easier with the kids. Never seen it very busy which make getting in and out fast. Always had good service and good food. Looks a bit run down from the parking lot and outside but the inside is nice.

This place is the worst I ever been to. I had my 4 and 6 year old kids with me and my wife after church we came to South Haven to eat dinner. The staff was playing very loud vulgar rap music. After trying so hard not to get up and leave before my food came after waiting 29 minutes. I went up and asked the black girl working the counter who is playing this music. She said the manager is. I said please ask your manager to please change the station. The girl said know problem. What happens next the manager turned the music up even louder and locked the doors. I will never ever eat at this Taco Bell as long as I’m alive again. Far as the staff they all need to be fired and this Taco Bell needs to be shut down.

We placed our online order 35 minutes before closing. We arrived there 20 minutes before closing. Upon arrival, we had to knock on the drive through window to speak to someone. They told us they closed early tonight due to running out of product over an hour ago, and we’d have to get a refund for our over 40 dollar order, although the app still allowed us to place our order. There was also people sitting outside still eating, we asked what time they had gotten their food and they had been served when we arrived at the restaurant. Overall extremely annoyed and disappointed, we just wanted our tacos.
