The food is always good and hot. The only reason i won’t give them 5 stars is because the soft shell tacos are so small they might as well be just a shell, maybe a tablespoon of meat and the rest is lettuce.

The last 5 or so times I have come here they have gotten my order right EXCEPT for the crunchwraps….They are either falling apart before I even take it out of the bag or just not wrapped properly. Today I got a crunchwrap MEAL plus quesdillas, but WITHOUT the crunch wrap. I got everything else that the meal came with (taco and drink) but not the main part of the meal that cost me the most money. There is no point in going back or calling since they are mostly rude when things like this happen anyway. I order for more than one person so this is really disappointing that every time they mess up the same thing…or apparently dont do it.

Manager Crystal is absolutely disgusting. Every time she comes to the window she has a nasty attitude, wears no gloves, and she’s very rude when it comes down to not having the correct order. I understand there’s a limit on how long they have a car in line. However, your management should NOT be getting snappy with both the customer and employee at the window trying to receive a different drink order because she’s not ordering in the correct stock.

Their system crashed when I was trying to order my second order and I know they can take two orders at the same time and they told me to pull back around for an another time. And there lobby was closed so we cannot make all our separate orders (this was at 6:30pm).

I ordered in the drive thru. I got a grilled cheese burrito. i then drive up to the window and there is this awful teenager with black hair who is kind of chubby with an awful attitude. She didn’t smile, didn’t say hi, and didn’t even give me my drink. When she gave me my food, she almost threw it at me and when i opened my bag, the it was the wrong burrito. Awful.

Placed an online order for drive thru pick up around 10:55 pm, upon arrival at the speaker I was told they didn’t have any beans for my beefy 5 layer or chips and cheese to go with the box so I could get cinnamon twists instead and was asked “is that okay” and I responded “do I have a choice could I get nacho fries” and the girl said no. All of this which I know isn’t true because I’ve worked at Taco Bell before, it’s due to laziness because they were closing in a hour. Then after waiting in line for 15 minutes I was told at the window “we have 2 problems” to which I said “other than the 2 I received at the speaker?” And she said yes we’re out of wild strawberry freeze and Baja blast Mountain Dew. Which is another problem due to laziness and not wanting to change the pop machine or make more wild strawberry. I’ve worked in fast food 7 years and I’ve always given customers until the last second to order whatever they’d like and tonight at Taco Bell they had a complete hour and refused to do so.

This is how the food was in my bag. It wasn’t even wrapped. Just kinda set in the paper. I ordered the standard crispy cantina tacos. I don’t know what these are. It had the avocado salsa, and that was the only correct thing.
