The cashier on speaker who took my order was even more rude at the window don’t know her name but very young and I guess she was new but they already didn’t have no meat but steak I ordered a number 10 with a soft shell supreme got no tomatoes or sour cream scared to look or try the grilled cheese burrito because they also was out of rice didn’t ask if I wanted sauce so before I pulled off from the window I requested sauce and she then grabbed 2 fist full of sauce thinking my little cute hands would be able to grab all of that the only reason I didn’t snap was this nice older than her man was very polite and came to the window and gave me a bag for the sauce not sure what her problem was I guess I’m bout to go reheat this food and try it thanks Taco Bell from a upset customer do better!!!

Be carefull here. They are stealling money from you. The last 3 times ive been there they charged me an extra 5 or 6 dollars when i ask them to explain the total they say they understand it doesn’t add up but thats what the registers say. Do your math on your tax b4 u pay. It cant be happening to me alone. Example dipping burritos-5.49 , cheesy gordita crunch- 5.79, valcano burritos-4.99. Total 16.27. 98 cent in tax. The total should be 17.25. My bill was 23.25! Again, the gentleman at the window couldn’t explain..

I spent 100$ for lunch for my crew tonight. It letterally took them an hour and a half to get our food. My guys didnt get to eat lunch and messed up our process at work trying to wait around for the food to get here… And to top it off all..!! Yall still messed up our damn order. Never again! I dine in here today on Nov 1st, at 2:30pm, everybody was FANTASTIC, 6 STAR PEOPLE except for one tall heavy set guy was being rude to all the staff, food was great so staff did great, but he degraded them, when he walked out the front to get some air I thanked the staff and ignored him as I came back in, mind you I was where a suicide prevention sweater and thanked everyone that helps me, but I ignored him. He makes businesses fail

Even though I put an order in. It still took more then 20 minutes to take the order and my money. And there was no one in there except the guy behind me. A girl actually came in and stole two cups of soda and no no one noticed bc everyone was working and no one watching the counter. Corporate needs to let them hire counter help. The people were nice though. And for once a taco bell finally got my order right. No sour cream.

Every time we go here, we NEVER get all the items we have asked for. Be very sure to check your bag before you pull off, because for some reason they don’t know how to read a ticket. We always have problems with just this location.
