I didnt know a 5-layer burrito is the size of a bean burrito. Poorly wrapped.
My husband got the grilled cheese burrito with extra meat, it came with almost no meat and 90% sauce.
I’ve been seeing posts on Facebook how horrible other people’s food has come with no care or anything on it either. My husband has seen one if the night managers have horrible language towards customers and talk shit after the customer has left.
I hope your upper management does something.

Almost $30 for food that is bland, skimpy and not worth it. Order of chips n cheese should not contain seven chips max and not a lick of sauce on quesadillas. The female running drive thru is always on point but I know taco bell can do better than this. If only the same crew that does a great job could always be working.

The dining area is dirty. Couldn’t find a clean table. The store is updated and looks nice, until you realize they don’t take care of it and it just looks grungy. Not sanitary. Even the table we found that appeared clean was sticky… If I owned this franchise location I would be ashamed. And if I was corporate I would get on them for tarnishing taco bells name. They got our order right and the food tasted good! Can’t knock that… If I had gone to the drive thru and hadn’t seen the inside I would have given 5 stars for sure.

Order 3 chicken burritos 2 of them in pics. Where’s the chicken or rice photo2 is how I got it. Photo 1 that pile of rice has no chicken. My nacho box had no chicken all beans. Every time I go to this specific Taco Bell spot, they always forget the additions that come with a supreme like sour cream and tomatoes! Along with anything more than 2 items. They miss. I’ve had to go back multiple times for items missing. I’m not sure why that is happening when there are two people at the window, as if their job isn’t to hand over drinks and check the items in the bag before it goes out to customers to ensure all the items are in the bag.
