Usually have a decent experience here, but it’s like a 50% chance, the filling will be almost empty. Everyone is nice and the food is hot and fresh. Just wish I didn’t throw more than half the tortilla away to make up for lack of filling. For example, I got a crunchwrap last week and there wasn’t much lettuce or tomato, but there was even less black beans. The only things I remove are dairy sauces. I was lucky to get one bean per bite.

I know it’s taco bell. However, I don’t expect to get the $9 luxe value meal and get a flat, floppy, barely filled burrito with lukewarm, soggy, tasteless peppers in it, and 5 small chunks of “steak.” Then there were 7 chips and not enough cheese for even 7 chips. I really shouldn’t be hungry after eating TB, but they skimped on the food, real hard. I reached in the box and found out there was there was a soft taco with a few pieces of lettuce, a pinky finger worth of meat and no shredded cheese. I’ve gotten the $7 luxe meal many times and had to take some home because I couldn’t eat it all. That was at different locations, though.

I just got my order from Taco Bell and I had put no tomato on the the chalupa, they put tomato on it. I also asked for sauce hot sauce Diablo and they did not give me any. You guys suck!

I must say that I’m surprised reading these reviews. My experience at this Taco Bell today makes me want to praise the workers, which I don’t generally take the time to do. The two that stood out the most were the gentleman behind the counter, though I forgot his name, he had light hair and a very kind smile. And then Joyce, I remember her name ❤️ You don’t see many customer service employees going above and beyond these days. I’m pregnant and these two were patient and helped me make sure I got the perfect meal for me. Thank you for caring about your customers. Even the gal, who was cleaning open the door for me. You’re truly blessed with the team you have.

Order prepared entirely wrong and it didn’t even follow what the menu lists. I never really go out of my way to leave bad reviews. I ordered a burrito supremes with seasoned beef.

Never order from this location. No matter if it’s in person or through a delivery service, they always screw the order up and never add sauces. Their phone also is never connected so you can’t contact them. This place is shit.
